Yeah. I've send messages to live support but they replied can not solve account risk cases. Also I've send email to [email protected] but didn't receive any response until now. It's over 10 days I can not login into my account.

Although I'm not sure, but I think someone has tried to access your account by entering the wrong password several times. That's why you are getting such error messages. I have faced this type of issue at a different casino. Have you tried to reach their live support with your issue? BC.game live support is accessible without logging into the account. Or you may ask about the issue to their email support '[email protected]'

I think he misunderstood your post there. What he replied is about the minimum deposit to play but what you are asking is about bankroll investing. But indeed the minimum amount you wrote there are huge. Maybe they also intend that so that the only one that can invest on their bankroll are the whales or rich people.

Where are you seeing $10/$20 USD? House games such as Limbo/Hash Dice/among others the minimum requirement to bet on the house is 1,000 LTC, or 200 Eth, or 10 BTC. That's higher than most player's avg balance i would think.
Reason why I'm asking about whether or not this is even serviceable, or ready to be deployed to investors is because of an update applied to that feature which I noticed a few days ago when the site went down for a few minutes. When BC came back online... I looked at the bankroll tab and noticed:

1. Accumulated profits formula inversely calculated the investor's PNL, this appears to have been fixed post update.

• Exp: Displaying a positive value prior to the update (in profit), now showing as the same value, but is negative (at loss).

2. The overall tab now includes +/- on accumulated profits. Like why was this just added now, can be very misleading when interpreting data.

Although seems like a simple UI update, i think its quite a big change, especially when those adjustments affect how your overall profit is calculated aka what can be withdrawn - does this sound like a complete product to you?

What do you mean with high minimums? The minimums are pretty low, around 10-20$ for most coins (including BTC and ETH) so that's not really a high minimum. Personally, I wouldn't worry about their bankroll, they have several high rollers. There are some complaints here and there, but they are paying!

I don't think majority of the casinos has the rules about their bonuses. The easiest way to reason a case like this is saying that it's a bonus abuse. I'm sure that they have studied on how their bonuses can't be abused by someone. Asking you to wager amount is just crazy especially if there are no rules about that. It means there is no deposited fund in your withdrawal amount. You have made it all from the free reward amount. I don't know what kind of rules BC.GAME have for such withdrawal. But it's really funny that they have asked you to wager $3,000 by making a deposit of $1,500. I haven't seen this type of high requirement at any other casino. This is daylight robbery and one that shouldn't be encouraged, if a casino feels the gambler abused their bonus offer, i think its necessary for such a casino to accuse the gambler with proof of what they did, not just tell the gambler that he or she abused their bonus offer and seize his withdrawals, asking them to deposit and wager some ridiculous amount of money before they can be able to withdraw.

And on BC.game , they should provide proof that this user actually abuse their bonus offer, asking for $1500 deposit and wager of $3000 to unlock a locked account is outrageous, why not just give the user back his deposit and close his account. 

I don't like when casinos ask for additional deposits and wagering... It's ok if there's only wagering, but that stuff should be highlighted, with predetermined rules. And "bonus abuse" can be understood in many ways, there must be something specific that causes the problem.
