Hi all! Recently registered on their site made a deposit of 400$ made a bet of 200$ made a withdrawal of money was not sure of winning the bet +4$ won. I tried to check the withdrawal of funds. As a result, I was forbidden to withdraw even a deposit. I was asked by mail to fill out a questionnaire. I filled out everything and sent documents and selfies with inscriptions !!! Now they are asking to record a video for them https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=r3leu_GlxbE . This is already a mockery. I register at a casino or a bank is not clear. I do not advise you to play here, you may even lose your deposit!

Its been said that the team had already responded which the thing matter the most but having soo much delay or too late replies does really create that kind of bad impression.

I dont see for this casino to be a scammy one but rather these issues are just common to happen but businesses should really be avoiding as much as they could or on severe manner because

it would really affect overall credibility and reputation if they would continue on facing up these kind of issues and problems.

What do you think about the BC GAME "PROVABLY FAIR" system? why they don't allow change seeds (server seed or client seed) separately?
As i Know, a casino can easly cheat users by choosing the most performing server seed (Shuffle Puff).

If that's what it is then would you mind removing the statements you left for them as "Scammer BC game". It does not look good at all. You have labeled them as scammer in many of your posts.

Surely i don't want boycott BC GAME like a kid! What i wrote is 100% true and I definitely take my FAULTS!

Well that's how to avoid stress since creating scam accusation on some casino and sue them is so stressful but its like tolerating them to do more damage to the community. Much better if you just post a scam accusation with proof so that many people will be save from playing here if your accusation against them is a legit one.

I understand your point of view, but i'm not here for open a scam accusation against Bc Game for a fact happened months agoo...

If I want punish the casino i can contact the gambling monopole in my country in order to block their mirrors (+ sanctions?)...

But i like bitcoin, anonimity and decentralization...can't go cry mama LOL

Today i have finally reached the BC GAME support, they replied me!
Basically by break the rules the 1st time I got flagged for lifetime...

I'm a promoter and lost over 2500 referrals in 2 steps:

1) My first account was very strong with over 2000 referrals...unfortunately i have created a second account without checking carefully their rules! So they banned me! I was also lv 45 or more and my host manager said me to send KYC verification in order to confirm my identity and recover my referrals! They never replied! And it's ok, was MY FAULT!

2) On March 2022 I have created another account, not for playing, just for referral commissions! After a couple of months and over 500 referrals they also blocked this account! I sent many emails and tried to solve with support team... i'm still here waiting for a reply!

What I have learned?

IF YOU WITHDRAW MORE THAN HOW MUCH YOU HAVE DEPOSITED, THEY TRY THEIR BEST TO KEEP YOU PLAYING....
IF YOU ARE A PROMOTER, NEED TO CHECK CAREFULLY YOU REFERRALS AND HOPE THEY PLAY MORE THAN HOW MUCH THEY GET FROM THE FREE WHELL...

Casinos are money making machines, but bc.game is the most shady i have tested...also the PROVABLY FAIR system isn't 100% provably!

EXAMPLE: If you want to change seeds, they don't allow you change server seed or client seed separately! In this way the casino can easly cheat you by chose the most profitable server seed!  

Please get informed about "how provably fair system works" and stop giveaway your coins in low trust casinos!

It is still pretty logic to me. You kept opening new accounts so that is counted as multi accounting and this will lead to a ban. There are some users on this forum, with high levels who cashed out big amounts without issues. So if you don’t break any rules bc.game will not ban you.

Maybe the second ban was for the same reason as the first?

If you got banned the first time for multiple accounts, why would you create another one after?

I don't know much about the programming of the casinos, much less about the networks, but I think that when they detect that there are two or 23 accounts under the same IP they can be prohibited, but I have a doubt, when in a house they share the same public IP , but do they have different computers, eg: my friend and mine, these accounts are also prohibited? go against the rules of the casino? are these things ok? or they simply give themselves to only 1 public IP for 1 user, these things are good that they happen because these types of questions can be asked, but since casinos ask for KYC, seeing that they are two different people, can you appeal?

What I don't get is why you would create a new account when you have such a high level and got so many referrals? Sorry to say, but you can't blame bc.game for blocking all your accounts as multi-accounting is not allowed on any (gambling) site.

I created a second account in order to separate what I gamble from ref earnings and what i gamble from my savings!
As i said in the previous message, was my FAULT, so i don't blame bc game for the 1st ban.

About the 2nd ban I still not understand the reason... support never replied me and the chat support can't provide an explanation!

Maybe someone can explain me why the account with over 500 referrals got banned without any explanation!
Probably because an user can't withdraw more than how much he deposit? Or maybe just because my referrals breaked the rules...I have no idea!
