Just checked the link and it works for me.
Since 2 days ago, when I changed the browser (switched from brave to chrome), I encounter a different "problem" though.

I am using my home IP, which I always used on bc. Checked the rules and Japan is not in the restricted countries. When extra checking my IP, it is located in Japan as well.
So why this message is showing up, no idea. After closing it the website works normal, I could play any game if I like.

Quite strange I must say.

Yes, they are already looking into my issue. Support confirmed. that I have 144 dollars in my account, but there was some error with USD fiat and it disappeared from my account.
Live support also requested screenshots and videos, I sent them all. The agent has created a technical support ticket and now has to wait up to 72 hours for the situation to be resolved.

If you already provide them all required stuff then just wait for the update because hopefully things will be settled into your favor if your case is strong here on this forum if any site is not going to settle things within fair way surely they are going to face consequences as well and as BC Game is doing marketing and promotions they will not take any risk for having anything negative because this can hurt them badly and right now they can't afford this.

Most of the times I struggle to get access to the “official” site so always use a mirror link (hash.game). Still having troubles to access through chrome; issue has been present since a while but luckily I can still access the site via edge.

These are the official mirror links of bcgame there’s no need for you to be scared of them.

I have also seen bcgame representative recommend the link to a user that had issue accessing the site and that solved their issue (I have also recommended it to a few others who experienced the same issue and they were able to access and use it without any issue).

Aside from those ones in that site do not use any other link to access your account, make sure the link you’re about to use has been list in bcgame.com.

I want to participate but I can’t access Bc.game for a long time probably due to country restrictions. I have an account before on this casino but now I can’t access it anymore for unknown reason since last year.

If only the rewards can be converted to cash prize without the need go in the casino. There’s less than 50 user active on game and rounds section of the gambling board. The 100 slot is only filled because other user from collectible section join on it probably due to the influence of the OP.
