I just want to ask because it seems it wasn't mentioned in the OP when the raffle will start. Will the raffle only start when all the slots are filled? What if it doesn't get filled? Is there consideration for the raffle to start even if the slots are not filled? (I already asked this on the local board of bc.game but I didn't get any response, hopefully you have one). For sure if this raffle only start if the slot are filled it will take so much time.

This is the product of generalization of problem in a casino as scam accusation since most of the issue like this that brought up in the forum ended up on the scam accusation board.

But I agree that this is not a scam accusation but rather a minimal problem which the team is already trying to resolved. This guy already follow your suggestions of joining Bc.game giveaway while still waiting for his issue to resolve therefore you are absolutely right to your approach to comfort him.

First of all, there is no "active scam accusation" here. He has a problem, support confirmed the problem and is trying to resolve it.
Where exactly the scam accusation is supposed to be, I don't know.

Also, I was just trying to help the guy to ease his mind. It won't get resolved faster just by writing it's been 2 days, 3 days, 4 days every day.
It's a technical error which has been acknowledged by bc. All he can do is wait for them to finally resolve it. Should it be faster, of course it should. But he can he or anybody here do something about it? I doubt it.

When a gambler has an active scam accusation against a casino, it is usually not feasible to participate in other giveaways the gambling site is offering. The reason for this is that the gambler may or may not be comfortable gambling on the same platform where he is facing the issues. His mind will be in resolving the issues and hence he won't be able to enjoy the time spent on the gambling site.


I guess due to the weekend the support is not being responsive to you. My suggestion will be to wait for Monday or Tuesday and hopefully you will get an answer from the support (though it may or may not be in your favor depending upon the case).

For real, I believe the last game was merely based on luck not based on my analysis - I initially thought of increasing the time a bit more but then decided to go with the 7th minute during the last minute of creating the post.

Sorry guys, I saw a lot of mentions but I couldn’t respond to them because my exams (which ended today) and also my health - I just want to use this opportunity to let those people who congratulated me on my win that I do appreciate the congratulations message.

This is the first time I've seen someone just lose their balance in any currency, and I have seen all kinds of things. It would be foolish to say anything about this issue, who knows what kind of technical issue caused this? When you get your answer I would like to hear it too.
 


Well, since it's a "tricky" issue I think that you should give the BC team a bit more time to find the problem and solve this issue. Surely the money can't disappear just like that, but I believe the BC team will solve this case and find the source of this problem... when that happens you will get your money back and the hole will be patched.

I contacted 2 representatives on the forum, only one responded. I don't have access to the money because it disappeared along with the USD fiat tab. 72 hours have passed and nothing has changed.

Count me in for this round of bc.game prediction pool, I think I will get prediction shoes on for so that I can maybe atleast be lucky enough to maybe win the cash from one of these promotions. I have seen alot of bonus offer from bc.game and there are everywhere even on social media platforms like Facebook and Twitter. From what am seeing here it's seem cantsay is really one lucky guy and It would baffle me to see him win one of these again.

I once failed to withdraw my balance in fiat but my balance was returned the next day. Is your transaction still in progress or successful? If successful, you can check it because there is a TXID for every withdrawal that is considered successful

Sometimes things just take time.
Since they assured you they are working on it you just need some patience. I know it can be frustrating to wait but it won't be faster if you complain here.
Maybe see it that way, if you had the money yesterday, maybe you would have lost it by now and the weekend is ruined.
