Maybe you are already restricted to other casino that use same oddsmaker company with bc.game which is why your account is immediately restricted. You can’t dodge your restrictions from other casino because they are using same oddsmaker.
If he has been blocked on a platform, he is unlikely to use the same e-mail address/contact info. So as long as he hasn't performed a KYC on BC.Game that could clearly establish a connection between 2 accounts, I don't think that's the reason.

@Paul0908
However, I also see it the same way as has already been written here several times: You should definitely contact support to find out why your bets were canceled. To be honest, this has never happened to me personally on any platform. There is definitely a reason why this happened and I am sure the support will be able to sort it out in no time.

Account opened, Bitcoin deposited. Bets placed.  Shortly before the games started, all bets were cancelled.
Bets would have all won.
Limit $1 on each bet, but I have to wager the deposit at least once to cash out. Of course, this does not include bets cancelled for no reason.

For me a very clear scam! Please do not deposit
You can't possibly be scammed by bc.game, though they had some rather serious issues with their reputation on this forum sometime not long ago this very last year, but they did come back, and resolved all the issues, and right now, I personally have bc.game on my list of most reputable casinos on this forum to trust.

Sorry if I missed part of where you discussed this issue in fall details, I don't know if you have reached out to their customer care to find out what could have gone wrong?
But I believe youve definitely done something which lead to them canceling your bet and restricting you, a casino can't just all of a sudden cancel a players bet, and restrict the player, without the player violating some of the casino's terms of service or conditions.
Find out from the customer care what lead to this act, and share same with us here if you don't mind, for possibly, we can learn to avoid doing what you did, so we also don't ever experience such as you have experienced here.

Your account is probably flagged by the oddsmaker that’s why your bets was cancelled immediately and restricted because there’s no way you will receive such punishment initially without any violation background.

Weren't you allowed to withdraw your deposit?

Since you had the same situation on a different site maybe they have the same odds provider.
It is obvious that his account has been limited on other sportsbook where the odds provider is same. Otherwise, BCgame won't cancel and limit his bet after his first deposit. The user has placed 3 bets in the same event on different outcomes. All of them were cancelled before the start of the match.

If you feel you game was wrongly cancelled then go through the proper channels which is the customer support… and if you have already done that and still not satisfied with the response you got then pm this account here[1]. They should be able reach out to the technical team and let you know what you did that led to the cancellation of your bets.

But I’m still convinced that you did something wrong that led to that cancellation unless otherwise proven.

If you've any problems with your bets, your first line of support should be live support. BcGame has a representative on the forum but I doubt your case is worthy enough for attention. If you want to go about accusing businesses and projects, you need to provide evidences to back up your claims. Otherwise, it's baseless and false at best.

Btw, Kudos @Cantsay for finding his other post . It looks like a pattern of his. Good thing we've called him out.

Nelson is right, you should ask the support for any reason they decided to cancel your bet. If you already did that, what did they say?
When it's about sports that is often a decision not made by the site but by the odds provider.

Since you had the same situation on a different site maybe they have the same odds provider. Of course it's annoying to get this experience, I had the same thing happening to me before, but on a different site.
Normally if you place a bet the site should honour it, no question about that.
The good thing though, they at least cancelled it before the game started and not after the final result and cancel the win. I saw plenty of sites doing that and basically freerolling the player. That's much worse.

Having the same experience in two different bookies is it something that we see everyday here in this forum.

I saw that you wrong the same thing in this thread about having your bets cancelled, so it’s actually strange that you had to create accounts in more that one site so that you can place the same bet – and that’s going to give the impression that you did something wrong that must have resulted in your games being voided.

If you don’t mind could you share some proofs about placing your bets before the game commenced? I have placed several multiple bets on bc.game and never have they cancelled any of them.

Before marketing, they must complete more important things. Building up good infrastructures for their platform with vital part for security and keep their platform runs smoothly and safely without security problems.

What exactly are you missing here, if I may ask? For me as an end customer, I see the most important things fulfilled so far:

  • 2FA login for increased account security
  • In my active BC.Game time (now several years), I have not experienced an infrastructure failure that would have been the cause of a lost game (lag, ...). I am also not aware of any other major unplanned downtimes
  • Very fast deposits and withdrawals of coins and very fast crediting of deposits

Unfortunately, we as end customers cannot judge what security measures BC.Game has taken in the background to ensure that the deposited coins are safe, as a certain degree of advance trust is necessary anyway ...

I agree, whenever there is a maintenance on one of the in-house games, they also always announce it and never takes really long. They also offer a vault service (with a 5% interest rate), where you can store your crypto, which helps to not bust all your crypto at once when you are tilting lol.

BC.Game's crash is really entertaining and that's the main reason to have 2k to 3k players who play that game.
It's not just entertaining but someone can enjoy and I can even take my seat for long time playing it. And the other games that I enjoy with bc.game is the plinko.

I believe they have spent some good amount in marketing of their platform and that's the main reason for having that many players playing that game. Marketing truly plays a very important role in gaining that many players.
Yes, they're very active in marketing. I've seen they've got sponsored streamers that I follow and I think that they've got a large scope of their demographics for their marketing. Aside from that, I also see banners from several websites and I think that's google adsense.

I think that they're doing on end with that because they are keeping everyone updated on what's happening and if there are some upgrades or maintenance, it's on the notification that allows all users aware of what's happening on their platform.

They're not like other casinos who don't spend money on marketing because I have found their advertisement on many platforms and also on some block explorers. By the way their crash game is quite entertaining and when a player starts playing that games then they almost get deeply involved in it.

Products must be bought with partnership to big and trusted game providers at start to save time and cost of building up own games. However, when their business is successful and big enough, they actually thought of more, building up their own games. It's not easy tasks because it needs a lot of complicated pieces, ideas for games, building those games, testing them and at the end, we have marketing.

BC.Game are doing just well for their business exclusively their crash games.

I'm also surprised by seeing the betting activity of the users in the crash game at BCgame. More than 3k players are playing the Crash game at BCgame now.

I just can't believe. Is the current live player stat of Crash on bc.game real? Is 2K for real? Upon checking and comparing it to stake.com, stake.com has only 200 live players. I never thought that bc.game is more popular when it comes to the crash game. Even the wagered amount per Crash game in bc.game (almost 18K usd) is better compared to stake.com (2K usd).
I'm also surprised by seeing the betting activity of the users in the crash game at BCgame. More than 3k players are playing the Crash game at BCgame now. I have only seen big number of active users (3k to 5k in each round) in the 3rd party provider crash game 'Aviator'. I wasn't surprised by this number of user activity on Aviator game as it is available in a lot of casinos. Where BCgame has reached an impressive mark on their in-house crash game. Maybe they have gotten a big number of active users through their marketing. I have seen the ads (banner) of BC.game in several crypto related websites (except the review making sites).

Even though people on bitcointalk felt something was wrong and not going well for BC.Game, I can tell, firsthand, that they have been growing like crazy. Record number of monthly new players they have been generating in recent months (overall, not BTCGOSU related).
Only those who are not aware of what’s going on in bcgame will think this way and those that just based their judgment off some few scam accusation threads that sprung up in the past.

If you are active in bcgame Ann thread you’ll be able to figure out that a lot of things are happening behind the scenes and this site has been experiencing a lot of growth when compared with other platforms – I had to switch from my previous casino to bc after a few try and if I’m to rank all casinos that I’ve used bcgame is going to come out in my top 4.
A few scam accusations are not enough to come up with a conclusion that the site is really a scam. And maybe those people who judge wrongly didn't understand properly what they have read? Or they don't make a research about it, only to confirm if the accusation is true or not. It's sad that innocent and legit casinos don't know that they are affected by these things. If the fault of those who make false scam accusations, these people are losers, literally.

Well, I don't wonder anymore on why they never got paid. Other platforms are also good but if they don't try harder, I'm afraid that they will get overcome by this site here.

There's nothing wrong with that loss, but it will be an important lesson for me to appreciate money more when I win, even though I'm using money that I'm ready to lose, at least appreciate the money when I win and make a withdrawal to play at another time, but it's a winning experience on this site. Another thing is because I was able to win with a strategy that is actually not recommended anywhere.
It's the good old "better the bird in the hand than the pigeon on the roof" adage, which you also have to take to heart in the trading sector in order to be able to exit trades positively (or without incurring excessive losses). Especially with games like Crash, however, I find myself having "ah, there must be more to it" moments, which of course usually backfire.

What strategy are you talking about here?
