Can you provide the address of the sender of that email? If it's a phishing attempt and the email was not from BC officials, they can confirm it here. In form of a screenshot with your credential censored will be much appreciated.

Email looks real:

Yes, I deliberately forgot my password to see who will send me a password reset email, and I can confirm if it's the same one as you provided, so a phishing attempt can somewhat be crossed from the list. Do you mind checking your gmail online session? See if someone accessed it from different place than yours and he's been the one who keep requesting a password reset to gain access to your account.

Anyway, whatever that is, I noticed that the reset password email only give a link to reset and not a link that said "this is not me" that'll prompt them to lock the account from any further breach attempt. By your consent, I will send a PM to their support team and asking him to temporarily block your account for requesting any further password reset and perhaps isolating your IP that only your IP can access the platform, at least for the time being.

Have you ever experienced any emails like a reset password from a BC game recently? Or is it just me and my friend who might have gotten either our browser or our email exposed to some third-party site?

I use BC games a lot, even when their thread is not active here. I still play win and withdraw, but it has been close to a week since I last visited the casino. Today I got a message from my friend asking if I was the one trying to reset his password, which I declined because it was not me, and I taught it was an error from his end, but getting the same email this evening again is what I don't understand, and I did not request a change of password.

I have used one dedicated email for all my casino accounts, and they are just used for casino only, so I don't know if this issue was from my end or that of theirs. If anyone has received such a password reset email, please let me know.

I have been conscious of my mails recently because of the promotional mails that I have been receiving but I haven’t seen any form of a reset password message yet.

If you know you didn’t initial forgotten password yourself then just disregard the message and if possible see if you can change to a different email address because since they (attacker) have your email address it’s highly likely that you’ll be getting more phishing messages from them, so to be on the safe side just create another email and make some changes to your accounts.

[...] Does anyone know if the giveaway is still active? I have got some time today so planned to do it later today to claim the 10$.

It still is, they've sent to the first 50 participants a couple of weeks ago, and currently open themselves for another 50, I am quite sure they still have some slot if you or anyone else interested, I believe they'll announce it if they've reached the 100 participants quota.

Is anyone here from the Philippines and has tried depositing using our local e-wallet, Paymaya? I'm trying to deposit using Paymaya and I was directed to this link:
Code:
https://udnb.udpay.beauty/api/payment_direct/redirect/1786630764852223197
. The link seems strange to me like it looks like a phishing link. Can someone confirm that it's not phishing link, because this link really came from bc.game

Hi guys, Today I opened the email I used to register on bc.game and I found an email about a $3 reward, not much, but enough to pass the time and have fun, but if we are lucky enough, it might turn into $100 or more  Cheesy

I forget what the message in the email contained and whether all BC members got it or not, but if you haven't opened the email, you can try it, who knows, you might also get a bonus.
Perhaps you can share about what is mentioned in the email, something like what kind of bonus is this or what kind of event they used for the bonus because usually casino use a specific event to give bonus for their players. I checked my inbox but there is no email about free bonus as what you got. I can conclude that the bonus must be for active players only or maybe for any players who made deposit or wager specific amount in the past specific period of time (a week or a month) because I have been inactive in bc.game since long time ago.

Also didn't receive any email, I have been active on the site recently but only wagered very low amounts, but seems that not a lot of people received that mail. Does anyone know if the giveaway is still active? I have got some time today so planned to do it later today to claim the 10$.

I just checked my email and just as the post above mine stated, I didn’t see any mail from bcgame all I saw were different promotional emails from most casinos that I have created an account with but never used –– So I’d love to know if you ever took part in an event that you’ve forgotten about or if perhaps it’s an old mail that you never got to open until recently.

I can conclude that the bonus must be for active players only or maybe for any players who made deposit or wager specific amount in the past specific period of time (a week or a month) because I have been inactive in bc.game since long time ago.

I don’t think that’s true, because I recently used bcgame to gamble and yet didn’t receive any mail from them –– They Op might have done something that he/she has forgotten about.

And I most likely be very happy to announce to you that Stake now have a swap feature, even though it's being ran by third party service providers, and they are not affiliated with Stake in any way, but the long and short of the matter is that, it is now possible to exchange crypto coin inside stake casinos through their tip feature, you all can check out the thread for this new service here - https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/poorbotio-exchanger-for-stake-fast-cheap-simple-5479380.

Poorbot isn't the first swap service for stake. It used to be cryptogamblers.pub (but they've rebranded to Dinabot)

All things considered, I still prefer the swap service of BC.Game because it's a native system integrated with their system. Imo, Swap service is an important service and stake don't have it natively integrated. On the flipside, Stake allowing third party entities to provide the service means that people can create striving business based on the service.
On the norm, a service provided by a third party for the users of a company can not be compared to when the company itself provide same service for her users.
So, going by this, it's very understandable why you still prefer the swap service offered by Bc.game over that of Stake, I too will definitely prefer a built in/integrate swap service over that provided by a third party.

By then, like you did mention, we all know that stake is more than capable of building that feature and integrating it in their system, but then, allowing third parties to handle that service has actually created job for some persons out there, and like I did said before, a service like this if well maintained and manged, it could turn out a very profiting venture for those that run it.

Yeah the swap feature by Bc.game is the one I love the most in their platform because most casino platforms don't have this feature. Stake.com which I think is the most popular casino does not have a feature like this. This kind of swap feature really helps right now to reduce transaction fees. That is the reason why I choose to play on Bc.game; the convenience and cost savings make it a preferable platform for me.

I remember the last time I used the swap feature, at first I was thinking of withdrawing with BTC but after seeing that the fee for withdrawal was almost the amount I wanted to withdraw due to the hike in transaction fee I had to swap to Trx and everything was in an instant.

I believe that wit time though, every other casinos will wake up to this important feature.

It’s been a long time since I logged into my stake account but it’s really a great accomplishment for them. Most especially now that BTC gambling is no longer favorable due to the amount one has to pay to deposit and withdraw, this is going to save those that bitcoin in their account and want to move some out.

It was undoubtedly the main cause of its "roots" at the beginning, but some casinos manage alternatives that traditional Fiat casinos do not manage, for example Bc.GAme has the possibility of Swap and rewards in native token, added to that the possibilities of deposits With low fees, which compared to deposits in fiat or CC are significant.

The swap feature that bc.game is indeed great and I already used it quite some a lot, mainly to exchange some BCD into some other coins.

The swap or exchange feature on crypto gambling casinos is actually a very important feature I personally believe that every gambling Casino should have built in for convenience when a player will need to swap in between crypto currencies for what ever reason, maybe for withdrawal and so, like bitcoin withdrawals have become one that attracts a lot of fees due to network congestions, one can easily swap it to usdt inside the casino and withdraw usdt through Ethereum or bsc network, for cheap and fast transaction confirmation..

I believe that wit time though, every other casinos will wake up to this important feature.

Honestly, the swap feature or the exchange feature is actually helpful. Not just with those specific exchanges that you want to keep whether it's with BCD or any other altcoins that you prefer to gamble with. One use of it is if you want to withdraw and you find BTC withdrawals are quite exhausting and ain't fast, you can exchange into those altcoins you prefer that have a quicker confirmation time so you save the fees and as well as the waiting time.

I think that they have but I haven't used that feature yet or there's sort of requirement before a user is able to use that swap feature.

There are some fiat casinos (I know some Belgium ones) where there is no fee to deposit and withdrawal and where withdrawals are even performed instantly to your bankaccount, so that is advantage that crypto had over fiat is gone.

The no-KYC part from crypto games was one of the biggest selling point in the beginning and the reason a lot of people joined them also. Personally, I don't have an issue with doing it as long as it is a reputable casino that has proven themself over 1-2 years. A license helps for the credibility, but is also no holy grail.
Personally, I also have little problem with performing KYC on a platform. However, it is important to me that KYC on a specific platform (e.g. BC.Game) does not also reveal my identity on another platform (e.g. Bitcointalk). For example, I do not use my account names and email addresses twice or use BTC addresses more than once for deposits/withdrawals.

Because you mentioned the license: Unfortunately, this has absolutely nothing to do with how secure your KYC data is and/or how trustworthy the platform is. Any of us could get a simple offshore gambling license in a relatively short time
