Typically, Faqs fully covered all the basic question by regular gamblers to have a better experience in the casino. Reading the full ToS is waste of time because it includes detailed do’s and don’t that literally self explanatory if you are a regular players.

The only concern I’m always looking is the wagering requirements and country restriction because that’s all matter to me when gambling to make sure that I can withdraw my funds easily since I’m betting using regular bets without any promotion involved. Most of the problem only arise when user is involved in promotion. I ask support about my concern it involves promotion to make sure that I understand properly the rules.

Never make an account on a site where your country is restricted, that can always cause issues. Most of the times, when there is an issue it has something to do with a promotion. Either you misinterpreted the terms or something was not clear. Learned that the hard way lol so for promotions I always double check everything and ask livechat to make sure.

I guess you are right but many people are still ignorant of simple or terms that they still fail and become victims of their own foolishness, I think I have seen a fair share of many users complain about different betting platform withholding their funds due to one or two reasons but at the end all they are seem to be the ones at fault by violating one or two simple terms put in place by these betting companies.

The problem mainly is that nobody really reads the terms & conditions; personally I just scroll through it very fast also. What I always like to do when I am in doubt (like the use of a VPN or another issue), I would go into livechat and ask about it; that way you are sure that you will not violate any terms.

I never read ToS. I am like BabyGun, I will always turn to live support for all the questions I have... One of the reasons why I don't read ToS is this forum, some members of this forum really have great knowledge and experience regarding gambling in general, and about crypto gambling especially. So, many important questions have already been asked in each ANN topic, and there are also answers from casino representatives.

But when it comes to promotions, giveaways, and similar stuff I always read the terms. Smiley

Well, you are not alone, I myself have always emphasized on the importance of reading the terms and conditions of a casino before signing up, depositing and playing on the casino, but the truth remains that, me myself hardly have the read to such such things, but then, like you said, I've always followed comments on threads from many other gamblers and from there, I always pick out some important informations.

This I believe have helped me in my several years of gambling, to have never had any issue with any of the casinos I've ever used, I could also attribute this to being lucky, but then, luck has a very little significance here.

edit: Ahh... Turns out this site is banned in my country. i have to use vpn. OK, I'll try another time

If it is banned in your jurisdiction, do not use a VPN to log in BC.game or any other casinos, exchanges and services that would require their customers to undergo KYC in the future when it is time to withdraw your funds.

We do not want another person going to this thread and post how he was scammed by the site. Also, everyone should always read the site's terms before making a deposit. There were Celsius depositors that have learned this lesson.

Ive been lurking around at the BC.game platform and just a question does only me having this takes time of loading in my phone for the banner?.

In the future updates of the bc.game is there any chance that you will adopt in your sportsbook supporting the use of e-sports betting?. Im fan of it and of course other too its good if there's a chance will have this too in your platforn.

Just checked it on my phone, took me a couple of seconds but everything loads fine on my end. I just checked and they offer already betting on esports, right now you can bet on some League of Legend matches. If you follow it closely, you can find some value bets in these section.

I tried to make a timer on it and it looks me over 30 minutes to take load the images well I got a good stable connection tho well seems like only in my side.
I'm playing with the slots too, which is they provided the experience I want hoping they will adopt too soon the other game events this could attract more players.

Instant cryptocurrency exchange with own reserves!
I reckon if a casino, exchange are any service in the cryptospace is not banned under your jurisdiction and you use a VPN for privacy, this is okay. However, if you are not allowed to use a service because, according to the law, the jurisdiction you are under has banned the service, then you should be more careful.

What would happen when the service asks for KYC and they find out that you are not supposed to be logging in their site? It would appear to them that you are using a VPN to avoid the restrictions imposed under your jurisdiction.
No matter if you are from a banned region. Some casinos do not allow VPN usage. If you deposit/withdraw a lot of money at a casino and use VPN, you might trigger KYC. But, if you use a VPN and a different IP address each time, They will wait for you to submit the documents. You are in trouble if your IP country does not match the document you submit.

So, before anyone uses a VPN should make sure it's allowed on that platform. Some casinos allow VPN usage saying they respect your privacy. I am unsure how they verify KYC if the use triggers KYC.

I just browsed a bit and found some topics on the bc.game forum where they state they allow vpn (https://forum.bc.game/topic/10137-the-solution-on-the-issue-with-bc-being-blocked-in-some-contries/).
No moderator or admin ever replied on it so best would be to go into livechat and ask about it. I use a VPN on one casino because their livechat confirmed that they allow it.

I used a VPN for a while just to be able to play some providers that are not available for me... but that was last year, I haven't used a VPN for a long time. And I never had some problems because of that, generally, I never had deposit/withdrawal issues at BC.

To use VPN or not to use it will always be a tricky decision to make. With decent deposits/withdrawals and fair play (only slots I can't play otherwise), my experience is fine, I never had any problems. But who knows if everything would be fine in case of hitting some jackpot! Smiley

Hope you took a screenshot of it and have kept it on your local storage. You never know when they clear the chats and use VPN against you.
I know the chances of that happening are very slim but never take a chance.
I have read that there was a casino once which update it's terms and conditions and didn't allow VPNs to use and the users didn't get a notification for it too.
So it's better to stay on the safer side.

I'm usually very reserved but I must admit it annoys me when people write all sorts of nonsense without understanding the details.

BC.Game has an old verification on Twitter, at least it means that this bookmaker is several years old.  Tongue

I don't use your casino and I also understand that it's possible that maybe there's someone unhappy with your casino and that could create a lot of negative posts, but it turns out that what I'm seeing on trustpilot is something pretty serious, it's not just one or two accusations of scam against your casino, what I am seeing on trustpilot are many accusations of scam against your casino, see for yourself:
Judging by your logic, Sporsbet is then the leader among scammers.

They have a terrible rating on TrustPilot, but I can say without hesitation that they are one of the few gambling houses that you can trust.

Quote

Btw, BC.Game, like SportsBet, an old verified twitter account (this means something).

I don’t remember anymore, but I think one of the users published some rating of bookmakers have verified accounts on Twitter (even before Twitter Blue appeared).

I am not saying they are a scam, think if you are a new person and you want to create a casino account, you go to trustpilot and see all these accusations the first thing you will think is that you have to avoid the casino. On trustpilot no one posts evidence, so it's easy for someone to blame the casino just because they played a lot and lost. what i think is that casinos need to have a trustpilot representative in order to disprove all these scam accusations, in the case of BC.Game they have a trustpilot representative

It is for this reason that I have posted here on the forum the accusations they have on trustpilot to suggest that their representative contact trustpilot to remove the scam accusations against BC.Game as they are not true. being false accusations and the casino needs to report this on trustpilot for them to be removed, the same also on casino.guro. because it is the right of the casino to preserve their image, so trustpilot and casino.guro should not be leaving fake reviews on their websites

Is it true that Bc.game has been operating for a long time? i think he is new..
Do your research.

The announcement thread was created in December 2018. So it's not a newbie casino but they even existed longer before they join the forum.

Checking further with the domain name, you will see it was registered in January 2018. The time is very near with their appearance in Bitcointalk.
