I'm a promoter and lost over 2500 referrals in 2 steps:

1) My first account was very strong with over 2000 referrals...unfortunately i have created a second account without checking carefully their rules! So they banned me! I was also lv 45 or more and my host manager said me to send KYC verification in order to confirm my identity and recover my referrals! They never replied! And it's ok, was MY FAULT!

2) On March 2022 I have created another account, not for playing, just for referral commissions! After a couple of months and over 500 referrals they also blocked this account! I sent many emails and tried to solve with support team... i'm still here waiting for a reply!

What I have learned?

IF YOU WITHDRAW MORE THAN HOW MUCH YOU HAVE DEPOSITED, THEY TRY THEIR BEST TO KEEP YOU PLAYING....
IF YOU ARE A PROMOTER, NEED TO CHECK CAREFULLY YOU REFERRALS AND HOPE THEY PLAY MORE THAN HOW MUCH THEY GET FROM THE FREE WHELL...

Casinos are money making machines, but bc.game is the most shady i have tested...also the PROVABLY FAIR system isn't 100% provably!

EXAMPLE: If you want to change seeds, they don't allow you change server seed or client seed separately! In this way the casino can easly cheat you by chose the most profitable server seed!  

Please get informed about "how provably fair system works" and stop giveaway your coins in low trust casinos!

They pretend to be "PROVABLY FAIR" but in fact they are not...

This is some serious gambling! From $800 to $12k in 4 hands, and all of them are max bets!

Well, KYC is pretty normal nowadays, especially when deposits/withdrawals are high! But they can ask for KYC for other reasons as well, I guess when you jump in and you win $10k in 4 bets they will search for some bugs or something.

There is a scam accusation board(https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=83.0), you can make a thread there with all the relevant info you have (screenshots, transaction ids, betting history...), it would be easier for us to decide whom to trust if we see more than just your words! I think if you are a fair player this issue you have will be solved, good luck!

Given the amount you want to withdraw, it seems pretty normal to me that they want you to verify your account and the verification process can take some days. Personally, I have cashed out a few times (a lot lower amounts than you) and never had any issues with it.

I then started reading more of the reviews and came across alot of negative reviews from players. In trustpilot it is clearly is written that they have detected many fake reviews from this casino.

The way all of this is handled is extremely frustating. I am here highlighting how bc game is operating their casino so the rest of the players dont fall in to the same situation.

I have taken screenshots of every transaction in the site. I can upload everything.

The one thing i have to say is that i think it is  sad that their practise in running casino is not highighted. They clearly make it hard for players to cashout and hold on to their shady practises without anyone pointing  a finger.

And again, an unfortunate thing happened to me on this site. I just tried to withdraw funds, but it couldn't be withdrawn (the reason is as shown on the link above). Not blaming anyone, just thinking maybe it's my fault, because I didn't read the rules and regulations. I am currently waiting for a reply from customer service to ask for an explanation.

I also like the new design, easy to navigate! Needed to create a new password however when I wanted to login and there are indeed some bugs while navigating down (also at the vault) but nice to see that the keeps working to further improve their site!

I just created a new account, and it was said that if I deposit above 10 dollars (because of a newcomer), and I will get a 300% bonus from the deposit, but I didn't get it, after I contacted customer service, it turned out the reason is because I did not make a one-time transaction with the amount above 10$, yes I admit it, I did make two transactions, and have no problem with it. however, why didn't they say so on the notice?. One whale can give you 1000$ one month so hard to say. My biggest "whale" only level 32.
Around 200-300$ per month for me.

That sounds like a lot of hard work. To be able to get around 677 referrals is quite the talent. How did you manage that? Are you perhaps an Influencer with a large Fan Base/follower-base? Or are these 677 referrals all over the span of a long time period?
