They are asking for some basic information like mail adress, IP adress, deposit txid. First time really that I see that a site resuests this but it is different from full KYC. They ask you to send all the infomation to the email adress they provided.

No. They need full KYC for this issue. In the reply of email, they will request KYC.
but since you have said above that you are  an old member of BC.games yet just now that you experienced this kind of KYC verification? or there are some changes in  their rules but does not updated in their TOS?
why this is just now that been asked and there are several players who has the same issues.

maybe this time it is not that easy to give them 100% trust in depositing and playing until they resolved those issues.
I hate sites that has no good live support because in this our frustrations come smore when we are not having our answers specially money matter.

I believe you are not the only one with this issue, I read several complaints in regards to this same issue, and I thought that the team behind this casino should have resolved this by now, it's really unprofessional that the issue still lingers and worst of all is the fact that their customer care seems to be doing about it, not even responding to tickets.

Anyways, just hope the the OP comes around with a solution to this issue, or like the previous comment said, you can pm him, and hope he comes online soon.
there are a few same complaints in threads here and they haven't got any reply either. and on the other hand the representative from BC.game has also not been active since a few months ago.
I became a little curious why BC.game did not respond to the complaints of some of these customers. even though customers have also sent complaints via email and service support too.
is it possible that the BCgame team is working on something more important on this site so it is slow to respond to customer complaints.

but for some BC.game customers who have problems that haven't been responded to, I hope you guys try to be patient first. because usually problems in crypto casinos take a long time to solve problems and wait for a response from the support team.
the most important thing is to try every time to send complaint messages via e-mail continuously to hit your complaint so that it is quickly resolved.

I am also facing this problem. I contacted live support and they referred me to email support.
I sent 2 emails on 11th November and 15th November but till now, no reply from the team. Since I have no funds there I gave up and never went back there.

We have 28 live support agents working

To be fair, your support system is really poor. I contacted support about my account issue and they asked me to write an email. Maybe my account is blocked due to long-time inactivity. It was not so hard to solve.
I followed their instructions and sent an email on 11th Nov. But I didn't get a response from your support agents yet.

UPDATE:
I have contacted the live support team again. The team said I need to verify my KYC though I don't know how to do it as my account is still blocked.
Also, I don't know why they are asking me to verify KYC. As far as I can remember, I have never deposited there and have no funds left in my account. I just wanted to share my affiliate link on my blog and Telegram group.
Anyway, I would stay out of it and not verify my KYC for no reason. [note: the support team is super slow]

I didn't do anything against of the rules and my account was created over than 1 year. I really need help.
Most probably you aren't going to get any response from them. I have found similar reports from few more users in BC.game forum. Most of them hasn't received any response from bc.game support. Perhaps, bc.game has closed or banned your account. That's why you are getting such error messages. They close the account of a user in this way if the users try to take the benefits of BC.game bonuses unethically.

Yeah. I don't know why they don't reply the emails. I was satisfied with BC and I was old member of that. I don't know why this is happened for me.

Where are you seeing $10/$20 USD? House games such as Limbo/Hash Dice/among others the minimum requirement to bet on the house is 1,000 LTC, or 200 Eth, or 10 BTC. That's higher than most player's avg balance i would think.
Reason why I'm asking about whether or not this is even serviceable, or ready to be deployed to investors is because of an update applied to that feature which I noticed a few days ago when the site went down for a few minutes. When BC came back online... I looked at the bankroll tab and noticed:

1. Accumulated profits formula inversely calculated the investor's PNL, this appears to have been fixed post update.
  • Exp: Displaying a positive value prior to the update (in profit), now showing as the same value, but is negative (at loss).

2. The overall tab now includes +/- on accumulated profits. Like why was this just added now, can be very misleading when interpreting data.

Although seems like a simple UI update, i think its quite a big change, especially when those adjustments affect how your overall profit is calculated aka what can be withdrawn - does this sound like a complete product to you?
I think he misunderstood your post there. What he replied is about the minimum deposit to play but what you are asking is about bankroll investing. But indeed the minimum amount you wrote there are huge. Maybe they also intend that so that the only one that can invest on their bankroll are the whales or rich people.

Meanwhile if you aren't among that, you better check out other gambling sites which offers the same features but are more poor/budget friendly. I know bitvest has it too. I think bustadice, duckdice, and yolodice has them as well. If those who invest on their bankroll didn't complain then why should you when you haven't invested on their bankroll yet?

It means there is no deposited fund in your withdrawal amount. You have made it all from the free reward amount. I don't know what kind of rules BC.GAME have for such withdrawal. But it's really funny that they have asked you to wager $3,000 by making a deposit of $1,500. I haven't seen this type of high requirement at any other casino. BTW, I have found similar complaints from other users in BC.game forum: Audit failure
I don't think majority of the casinos has the rules about their bonuses. The easiest way to reason a case like this is saying that it's a bonus abuse. I'm sure that they have studied on how their bonuses can't be abused by someone. Asking you to wager amount is just crazy especially if there are no rules about that. BCGame should establish a public rules about the bonuses so people won't be scared on using it especially if the casino are just spurting the reasons about abuse when there are nothing. For now, We can just wait for the response of BCGame.
Every casino definitely has a way of anticipating bonus abuse by users in it, so I don't think it's possible if there is abuse of the bonuses that are given.
Regarding the conditions for betting, it is indeed often found, but if there is a minimum amount in betting, I have never accepted it because what I have encountered is indeed regarding betting conditions and making a deposit.

Be careful with this one. They claim to be licensed, but they are not. They have one of those phony Curacao licenses. Who awarded the license? No one knows. How can you contact the regulator? Answer: You can't.

A little digging shows they are breaking the law in multiple countries by offering illegal gambling services. For my country in particular you need to be registered, fully licensed and comply with certain regulations. They aren't even close to being legal.

They can screw you over at any point, and there is nothing you can do about it. They've stolen a five figure sum from me, so be warned!

When I joined I asked live support to verify and they told me that “the good thing about bc.game is that kyc is not mandatory to deposit and play” there is absolutely no protection or audits done to ensure players are protected.

And no your verifiable provable method isn’t proof, and “words do matter” that’s why you guys word everything to seem trustworthy but you’re not.. losing money by way of deceiving a customer is stealing. If players are protected than post a link to your license, you won’t because there is no website for your regulated license or even contact info for people to contact for complaints or to ensure that this site is properly audited a business licence doesn’t verify that you don’t brute force codes or have exploits to cheat players bud.

Has anyone invested in BC.Game's bankroll feature? Minimums are very high so I'm not sure if most players have seen this, or checked it out. I've heard several conflicting things about that feature and any insights shared is appreciated.

What do you mean with high minimums? The minimums are pretty low, around 10-20$ for most coins (including BTC and ETH) so that's not really a high minimum.
