Hopefully someone from the local councils of those countries will cheer up and publish it.

I think it is still "strange" that they publish it in their forum and do not extend it to bitcointalk.org. I know that forum, in fact it has a very visible link in its casino.

This casino has chat in several languages, maybe I'm wrong but it could be the casino with more languages than those that subsist or make a community in the forum.

From what I read before in this thread and how little I can read in the chat (en/sp) that I sometimes read, the incidence of bad behavior is the line and there is a lot of beggars.

OTOH, thank you for building community.

BC.game profile is not active since May 13, 2021! So people from here don't know about this! So this is a nice share, maybe someone from here will be interested and apply...

I guess BC.games needs more managers for their man chat... so much begging there! I am not sure what's happening in these specific chat rooms (India, Philippines, Indonesia, and Vietnam), but I can bet it's a real mess there too! And it would be nice if some of those managers pay more attention to this thread, it wouldn't hurt!

I think it has already been improved a little bit as you now need to wager a certain amount before you can chat, but there are still some beggars; but you can also find these on the other sites.

Perhaps they are busy maintaining the site, therefore I got lots of maintenance notifications these days haha

It has been an ordinary sight there, lol. Just close the chat room once you start gambling

And it would be nice if some of those managers pay more attention to this thread, it wouldn't hurt!
Without extra paid I doubt they are willing to do it on regular basis (if those new community managers are from outside the forum). The best scenario they just giving updates in the early months after the acceptance

Hi,

I understand you, but the legal aspect with the casino at least that cannot be skipped, if you are playing in a country that is restricted in the ToS, the use of VPN hurts you. This rule cannot be skipped.

On the other hand, there are casinos that are 100% decentralized that are perfectly located in your thinking, which I share "but", first many of these casinos are not very reliable, not all of them, in them you can be 100% far from KYC, country restrictions, etc. But if in one of these casinos someone puts money (cryptocurrencies) suspicious, the casino could be very decentralized but if it is one of the reliable ones they will freeze the money. Period, and no whining.

Now, with your responsibilities as a citizen (not those related to ToS), if not those that correspond to income and their respective legal legislation according to your country, surely in many countries you can skip them, but if you are caught there is no kicking.

I believe in the freedom of movement of our money in decentralization, but there are situations or duties that cannot be ignored "for now"... being your own bank is getting closer and closer but sometimes it is seen in the distance as the star "VEGA"  Wink

Well, the use of VPN is to keep our privacy away from malicious third parties, not to skip the rules: those that correspond to us as individuals due to the legal aspect of the country where we live and those that correspond to us as players when reading the ToS of each casino.

Well, not all rules are good (moral) rules! And one of the reasons we love crypto is because we can "skip" some bad rules, at least I think like that!
Basically, I understand what you wish to say... but, in this case, we just wish to play certain providers freely as others can! Not a big deal I guess, it's not something "bad" when you wish to play some slots with your money!

If someone can not visit the site, does that mean that person comes from the blacklisted country or their government block the access?
Normally the government doesn't block the access to any sites (at least not in Democratic countries). So if the site detects you are coming from a blacklisted country they block your access, but you can bypass it using a VPN.
Maybe the government does not block the access, but the ISP will do that by the government's order.

Yes, I can easily open the block using VPN Grin

I hope that will not be a problem for the site if people use a VPN to access the site and play gambling. And if he wins, he can withdraw the money without asking for KYC.

Both go hand-in-hand. The license provider has to comply with the governing laws of each country to avoid potential legal issues.

No VPN needed or KYC asked when withdrawing.

Use code "btctalk" while signing up to support out community
I am glad to see the site does not ask about KYC to give a chance for a gambler to stay anonymous.

Maybe @OP or the team can add the country's name in their blacklist country because I only see China, Netherlands, Dutch Caribbean Islands, Curacao, France, United States.

Thank you very much, my country is not on the list, but eventually if I have problems entering, the only way is through the VPN, or the other option is when I visit the neighboring country, which is relatively close to me, but of course it is better to play BC.GAME from the comfort of home. I would have no problems providing data or submitting to an eventual KYC action, but if they require a DNI, or a residence VISA, I could not, because the methods to enter the neighboring country do not require the stamping of the passport, in fact. The border is closed and you can only go through trails, the advantage I have on a digital level is that my VPN also brings the option of that country.

I have a question, in case a person uses VPN, and if he makes a profit, if the casino team demands an ID or in his case the KYC, is there a problem? I have seen some cases on other platforms where they can play, make deposits, but some who have won have trouble withdrawing funds, although when they say they use VPN it does not allow them to withdraw.

Is this exempt from that rule? Since casinos represent, in addition to fun, a way to earn money for some players and most of them are players from prohibited countries, the only way to enter to play is through VPN and many of them have a great capacity to play or maybe they are very lucky.

If the user is from a blacklisted country, I would assume that would pose some issues. But assuming that the user is prohibited from playing certain casino games, then it has to be up to the provider (e.g. Evolution Gaming) discretion:

Interesting question, I think that someone from BC.Games should answer this! When I see Chris on Telegram I will ask him exactly this and I will share his answer! It's easier to ask the right person that to go through their TOS! I hate when I need to read it and search there for some clarifications!

I didn't have any problems with withdrawing, and my highest withdraw was $500! So I can't say is it the same for amounts higher than that or there are some different rules!

Yup, unfortunately I'm still block, worse still i can't access bc.game from my VPN server even with USA address, i longer have any idea how to gain access to the live support.

Your last sliver of hope is to send BC.GAME a PM on this thread, although the last login was on the 13th so it might take a few days before the owner returns.

Alternatively, its Twitter handle also has a PM function. Could try both.

Contact @ChrisButler on telegram, he can help... Of course, send him a PM and give him a day or two, he can be busy.  You can try with official bc.games telegram channel,  they are active there with few admins. I have some free VPN, and I play from Germany, the only way for me to play pragmatic slots, and I didn't have any problems with that, so maybe to try that...

They need a lot of knowledge to improve this site and their systems have a lot of red marks. Hire an architect to design your casino to meet all your needs and comply with local safety regulations include a scale model of the casino to show the layout and style.

What are the red marks for you? Their new version that they launched recently (3.0) has been a great improvement on almost all levels (games, deposit bonus, layout, ...).
No casino is perfect but they are working on it.

everything at bc.game rocks except,,,

your rainbot system.

worse ever, by far the worse

other than that your site rocks

It can have some improvement but it has a different system than on other sites. You need to be vip 4 to be eligible for rain and it is the first 50 people that click on the rain, that receive it.

Well, I hadn't gotten it, but this is good, thank you very much, the truth is, I like to enter the internal forums of some platforms because it is a way to realize the activity of the platform, and not only because of the activity, but also to know more about the players, there are very interesting topics which are learned every day, there are times that threads of how players face certain types of games can be shown that need a lot of coldness, sometimes they advise, the truth is a lot of information that is You can check out, apart from the contests to participate.

I think that like all forums there are always spammers, if there are threads still open I think they need more mods.
Yeah you might be true, there some interesting kinds of stuff or something that can be learned from there. Somehow I already have a bad image of the internal forum in my mind so I never tried to blend with the community therefore most of the time I only give it a slight visit instead of discussing lots of stuff.
