In this case what TrustPilot is doing here is pure injustice.
BCgame should send a notification to all its users asking them to leave a review in TrustPilot, that would even out the bots.

When i click on this trust pilot link, i got this message on top stating that fake reviews have been removed. I wonder who were sending these fake reviews and how does trust pilot recognized that the reviews are fake ones Huh

It's hard to trust any review platforms these days. The best way to know about the feedback about the gambling site is to see the comments/posts/reviews on the ANN gambling threads at bitcointalk.

I don't know if how much is their wagering requirement but 10k dollars must be the minimum for the first level of VIP in most casinos. Was it higher than that? If yes then don't stress yourself out but just enjoy the game like you used to do.
Yes, most casinos do have a wagering requirement of $10k to reach the first VIP level.
But actually $ 10k total wager to reach the VIP level is not a large and long amount to be achieved by a gambler who is really actively playing or betting on a gambling platform because with an amount of $ 10k gamblers can take advantage of the various bonuses that are given by the gambling platform to its customers who reach the VIP level.
Maybe some gamblers will object and will think it's impossible to reach that amount, but without them realizing that by continuing to play, the amount of the bet will accumulate little by little so it won't feel like they can reach it.
And it's true as you said if someone has objections and it's difficult to catch the VIP level then just enjoy a game 🤣.

Hopefully, people won't have Trustpilot as the only rating site for a website and could look for other rating sites or even read ratings from many personal websites. That way, people can compare the ratings they get to find the right casino for them. And if they can visit these forums, they can get clear instructions about trusted casino sites so they won't get scammed again.

I still try to play there casually and not chase the level up because it costs more money. Playing moderately can make me enjoy the time I used to gamble. And with level 3 that I've got, so far so good.

Definitely interesting to see and at the same time proves how all of us need to differentiate and look at such information objectively. While trustpilot reviews can be helpful, they are not the holy grail either. Check out Bet365`s trustpilot and see for yourself - fwiw, Bet365 is the best gambling operator in the world, for many many years now - yet, their trustpilot is horrible. Cheesy

As Efialtis already mentioned, all reputable casinos will get complaints from time to time and all need to be handled in a good way as some compliants will have some truth in them. Personally, I recently decided to try to increase my vip level on bc.game as I like the site and never had big issues. The only thing I don’t like is their extreme wagering requirements for the deposit bonus (the locked BCD). It is the highest wagering requirement in the industry…
They may be reputable but there is no casino that is perfect in terms of other features and there are gamblers who seem to not understand it. Instead of waiting calmly for the reply of the costumer support, they will complain everywhere about the issue that they experienced. Then there are those complaints who are intentional and only created to damage the reputation of those casinos who are at the top. They are hoping that they can take their spot but this was hard if they will do it this way as bad karma can take a revenge at them.

I guess with tremendous growth, there are going to be more "complaints" of course.

As a matter of fact, BC.Game has always been an absolutely reputable online gambling provider that does an extremely good job and shakes up the industry. Their development in recent years has been crazy and if you look at their player numbers nowadays, it goes to show how well they have been doing.

Anyway, if anyone has a serious issue (legit one)and would like some assistance, feel free to hit me up.
almost all casinos must have lots of people complaining about anything, so it's not just bc.games, actually I never had any problems playing there even from depositing to playing to making withdrawals never had any problems, I'm worried about people who have problems with accounts maybe they are caught committing a violation and end up having problems with their account, but still, any complaint service must be improved because the faster the response, the better the reputation  Wink

yup, they did not ask for KYC, not even single chance .
Wrong, bc.game is a licensed casino, so they have mandatory KYC rule that can you check it yourself on their terms of service.

1) My first account was very strong with over 2000 referrals...unfortunately i have created a second account without checking carefully their rules! So they banned me! I was also lv 45 or more and my host manager said me to send KYC verification in order to confirm my identity and recover my referrals! They never replied! And it's ok, was MY FAULT!

Not many casinos are offer zero KYC because when they have a bonus or promotion, the easy way to prevent from abusers are using KYC verification. Make sure you're search and following the thread than mislead other users.

we have seen that a lot of time , as the popularity increases then Issues and attacks also increase , but as long as there are players who can prove them wrong , then the operation and the team are safe, I also played several time(as I have my favorite site as well) but never experience any issues, I come to deposit , win and lose but my withdrawal always stays faster ..
bc.game is my favorite better ux ui than other sites. no kyc. fast depost/withdrawl

Just sharing own GOOD experience with BCgame's Sports betting, for those who doubt it.
Yesterday placed a bet $186 on no goals between 36:00 and 36:59 between Liverpool vs Everton:

Salah actually scored a goal exactly at 35:58, you can watch the replay and see:

Source:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PTlmldwVRAc

Stake for instance initially marked the goal as one scored at the 37th minute (36:00 - 36:59) but eventually changed it to the one posted officially.

BCgame settled the bet as a winner, with no questions asked, no arguing.

So yes, it's suprising to see this thread's recent posts are only complaints, so would like to share some positive feedback on the same time, and not only a negative one. Any other unscrupulous bookie could have easily marked the bet as a loser and the winning bets as losing ones, as a goal like this could easily open the door for unscrupulous practices - but BCgame is not among those who play like this - so one thing for you to appreciate, hopefully.

@tomal1003, based on the screenshots you provided, you don’t need to do full KYC or upload any identification document. They are asking for some basic information like mail adress, IP adress, deposit txid. First time really that I see that a site resuests this but it is different from full KYC. They ask you to send all the infomation to the email adress they provided.

Actually, they are asking to verify KYC. I provided them with my email address then they asked me to verify KYC. Maybe you misunderstand because I have removed the message where I enter my email address as I don't want to share it publicly.

Also, I have attached the proof of my email here  Smiley As I didn't make any deposit there so without my username, password and email address there is no other proof I have.

No. They need full KYC for this issue. In the reply of email, they will request KYC.
if you don't commit any violations your account shouldn't be banned, it's possible that your laptop or cellphone is being compromised so your account some other person tries to log into your account, so you are asked to verify it using KYC or so on, I don't know what happened actually but would love to hear any updates from you here, but my guess is just going there, hope your issue is resolved quickly

Eloncoin.org - Mars, here we come!
agreed , there are several cases I come across about this issues and yes it seemingly that the support are not answering them completely with good reason and yes they are not also responding to this thread and other delivered cases.
maybe this time it is not that easy to give them 100% trust in depositing and playing until they resolved those issues.
I hate sites that has no good live support because in this our frustrations come smore when we are not having our answers specially money matter.
Of course it is very worrying when casinos are not really active in this forum when problems occur and cases cannot be solved properly, I think it will make casinos get a bad reputation if they don't serve their users well especially in this forum there are also several cases about their service, i think withdraw for a while not to play in this casino
well there are many casinos that had been operating outside our forum so yes not all of them had representative in Bitcointalk.
but while those who have been here ? then why have reason to not updating or answering people's problem here.
and also , nowadays? players from here are constantly posting and updating each site so we have no problem in handling which site to play and which is safe.
