Some gambling sites can say that they don't have a KYC but it has some exceptions. It can be that the player violates some rules or have done some abuse. Fulfilling the KYC requirement does not mean that they will now let you get away with your crime but it can be their way to track you easily. Some abusers are just idiots if they follow this command.
