I wish you luck with this, but from my experience, I doubt they will change their mind and remove your permanent chat ban. I used to use chat in casinos before, but it was somehow different... fewer players and sometimes you could have conversations, but in recent years I haven't used it at all, to much spam, begging for money, and too many people. So you can continue to use the site without it... and if you really care about chat (or just want it for the free drops) you may need to look for another casino.
