there is no way the casino would permanently chat ban your account if there was no violation. even after your appeal, you already got your answer.

if what you said is true regarding your last few deposits, it means you are still playing and enjoying the games at BC. there should be no problem with your comfort when playing.

I remember the old days when I spent hundreds of hours on casino chats just to get some rain. Because I had no money to deposit there or did not want to spend my money on casinos. But I wanted to play and used the free money to play there. So, it's important for someone to unblock their chat so they can get the benefit of it. But, these kinds of players are not important for the casinos.
You summed it up nicely. Besides the amount of time you are wasting, you can use it to do something productive. You are not making money nor even having entertainment.

I've been doing the same thing and yeah, you're right it's a total waste of time, especially if you don't get any chat rain of what you want. But if you're lucky enough to get some $ in chat rain and turn it into a decent amount, that's a different story. I did manage to withdraw twice from some online casinos without making any deposits because of the chat rain. So it doesn't always a waste of time for me.

Sometimes it's really annoying to see in chat that lots of people begging for rain and we cannot read proper discussion that's why sometimes I just don't like to stay on chatbox since there's no substance to get their.

It will be good if the casino would block those people since there's nothing to get from those people who always asking for rain to have free money to spend. That is bad if they let those people spam since it might affect some whales then decide to go away since they don't like the ongoing situations where begging still exist in those casinos.

They need players to deposit and people who do good discussion to spice up the activities made by people in their casino.

Concerning the whitelisting I don’t think the account ever got whitelisted - I remember when the CM came and made a post concerning it that he got a response from bcgame team that they won’t be able to do it and we have to make the 1x wagering requirement before we’d be able to withdraw - he also gave us some extra during the next week payment to cover for that problem.


I still remember withdrawing the first week's payment from BC and after that, it was stopped due to the issue you pointed out. I was again able to withdraw two or three times without any KYC requirement. As per their TERMS OF SERVICE (section 6), they can ask for KYC whenever they can and I am quoting what is written below.

yesterday my withdrawals were suspended and i was asked to pass verification. i did pass it with no problems but still couldnt withdraw..guy on the live help said i need to wait 24 hours.. today wrote again. they said i need to pass full verification this time.. did that too and still cant withdraw.. wrote them again. another ones told me to wait 2 hours ( btw i could swear these timelines are totally made up instantly by the live help) and now 2 hours passed too and guess what? yes i cant withdraw my damned funds. i mean live help here was always awful and all but when you actually have a problem its just frustrating
Nothing surprising at all. They have been KYCing many gamblers far more often in recent times for reasons that only they are aware of. Posting evidence related to your case would help support whatever you stated.

I don't think you will receive any resolution(If legit) from this thread which is why the scam accusations board could possibly help you out as some posters above suggested.

It means you were sending a massive amount of messages on the chat which was helping you to get the rains. Usually, rain bot select the users randomly on each casino. Still some users use some pattern to get rain more frequently. Permanent ban is something which is given by the moderators for a serious violation. Anyway, send a pm to efialtis by describing your issue. He would be able to help you out if you are honest.

As frustrating as this may seem to any loyal casino user, it seems to me that you are more interested in using this feature. Personally, I did not understand the reason you gave to explain the ban, but at the same time, I do not think that a moderator has wronged you and made a decision against you to ban you based only on reports without evidence. I would really like you to clarify the real reason for which you received the reports. There’s no way a casino like Bc.game will issue permanent ban to a user on chat without committing any violation. A support check your issue which is different to the moderator that ban you and find out that your case is valid.

This is just a chat ban we are talking and there’s no way they will randomly perma ban user out of nowhere without doing anything against chat rules. The intensity of your violation is probably too high for them to ban you. Just create an account to different casino if you really want the chat box feature.

I wish you luck with this, but from my experience, I doubt they will change their mind and remove your permanent chat ban. It's like that in all casinos, support will not (and I think they can't) do anything about this, you need to find some higher-ranking admin and maybe he can look into your case and help if you really didn't do anything wrong.

I used to use chat in casinos before, but it was somehow different... fewer players and sometimes you could have conversations, but in recent years I haven't used it at all, to much spam, begging for money, and too many people. So you can continue to use the site without it... and if you really care about chat (or just want it for the free drops) you may need to look for another casino.

There's provably a reason on why you have been restricted on their chat. Since there's no person in right mind would do that. Maybe you are spamming or done something wrong which you didn't notice. Since the manager you mentioned is already got fired then maybe the least you can do is to contact their support and talk about your restriction. Provably you can get a proper solution on your issue and the existing managers might grant your request.

Also maybe it will take time for you to get a response if you rely only in their thread. Since I think they are not so active her, so much better just reach their support since I think that is the fastest way you can solve your concerns.
