As what's been explained by tbct_mt2, I can't check the progress of your KYC process. I am just a forum user trying to help, which happen to have been entrusted by BC with several of their staffs' personal contacts, so I can reach them more seamlessly and directly than through PM. I won't abuse what they entrusted me with, with something like bombarding them for a process that is basically out of their hand.
I can ask one of them to take a look into your case, but as I've mentioned a few days ago, give them time to process your documents, perhaps a week. The best course of action right now is to wait. KYC are done through a third party who have their own timeframe. Just like you, BC is also waiting to hear from them.
I assume that you submitted your documents on Wednesday, or perhaps Thursday forum time, and I've tell you that I'll try to nudge them if one week or more has passed and you're still haven't heard anything from them. Rushing here everyday, asking for things to be expedited or to update us that you're yet to hear something, like what's been explained by pakhitheboss, will bring you nowhere.
Shoot me a PM or write here by Wednesday around this time if your KYC is still in process, I'll try to reach them by that time.

Subject: Account at Risk request for unlocking
1. BCGame Username
2. Registered Email Address
3. One Deposit Transaction (TXID)
4. Commonly used IP Address
5. Commonly used device
Note - the email must be sent from the email address registered to your BCGame account
