You've been using BC for a while, over six years, if I am not mistaken, and I can only imagine you've deposited, played, and withdrawn quite a lot. At one point, sooner or later, BC players are bound to perform KYC. I guess you happened to be the "later" case.

There are past cases with other casinos where their players are also required to re-perform KYC. And unless there is something wrong with the previous identification you [or someone else] submitted, the simplest solution is to re-perform it as asked. You've passed it before, you'll pass it again now.
Inconvenient? Maybe, yes, but I think it'll be far easier to resubmit the information than to "raise a complaint", unless your KYC encountered some issue that you deemed unjust. On that case, then yes, it'll probably be better to raise a complaint and get to the root of the situation than keep re-submitting your data.
