BC is is totally scams,

I never suggest any others to signup there, because they close my account without any reasons: i have invited lots of players, they closed account without any notice.

If you play and loss your account will be stay active if you win they will close your account after few months and give you some terms of copy paste.

Stay away from them and you can join others top online site .

How many users in this forum have (Account at Risk) problem?
How long time did it take to fix this problem?

Guys someone should inform other players, feeling like bcgame rugpulll coming. I saw around 50 case this week about risk/closed acc in this week.

I am also facing this problem. I contacted live support and they referred me to email support.
I sent 2 emails on 11th November and 15th November but till now, no reply from the team. Since I have no funds there I gave up and never went back there.

We have 28 live support agents working

To be fair, your support system is really poor. I contacted support about my account issue and they asked me to write an email. Maybe my account is blocked due to long-time inactivity. It was not so hard to solve.
I followed their instructions and sent an email on 11th Nov. But I didn't get a response from your support agents yet.

UPDATE:
I have contacted the live support team again. The team said I need to verify my KYC though I don't know how to do it as my account is still blocked.
Also, I don't know why they are asking me to verify KYC. As far as I can remember, I have never deposited there and have no funds left in my account. I just wanted to share my affiliate link on my blog and Telegram group.
Anyway, I would stay out of it and not verify my KYC for no reason. [note: the support team is super slow]

I wonder what you did before @OP that said our account is at risk. If you don't abuse the bonus or their rules, bc.game will not close your account without any good reason. Maybe you need to explain your problem in more detail so there are no misunderstandings between us.

I thought as much because there is no smoke without  fire. OP must have had a little issues that is maybe he must have done something wrong if truly his account was blocked or suspended but some how, OP statement are not really clear  looking at OP account here  it has already been tagged and flagged which is more of why OP must come out clean. I am not in anyway saying or criticizing op but it is for his own good so that his complaint would be easily attended to speedily. OP should as a matter of fact as I have said earlier to furnish us with evidence of his claim with what is wrong with his account so we would as well speak on his behalf or call the attention of their representative to this complaint.
That's what made me say that. In any casino, if you don't cheat or abuse the rules, your account is safe unless it's the casino itself that is known to be a scam. But as far as I know, bc.game is a casino with a good reputation on this forum so they do not ban random user accounts for no good reason. And if the casino, through customer service, doesn't want to explain what went wrong, they may think it's pointless to deal with someone who has made a mistake or violated their rules. Many people still use their casinos properly, correctly and honestly and do not try to break the rules.

I believe that if a casino is of good repute , they should tell in public what went wrong. In this case the bc.game should tell in public what happened with the op account and why the account has been closed.

If they do not respond in public people will think that it is the casino who was at the fault and they do not want to return the gamblers money.

Bitcointalk is an open discussion forum where the gamblers and the site owners have the freedom to discuss on any matter related to their accounts or money. More importantly we all are seeing the these conversation and if the one side do not respond its only means that they are at guilty.
Bc.game has to come up and response on this in order to clear the situation.

It is not the first time I have seen this error, they have made the same warning to the new accounts just because of the Red Flags by the system.
Usually, it is an alt account and bonus abuse case, it is hard to prove that you don't abuse any promotion.
They count affiliate earnings as profit so many high-rollers open new Bc.game accounts to farm affiliate rewards.
BC.Game team has made this decision to prevent bonus abuse but you can email them or pm the representative account to explain the situation.
That warning is not correct anyways, it appears when the system permanently closes your account which is hard to recover. If your rank was higher than level 38 it is worth spending time on the recovery process, IMO.
I already saw this warning after I logged-in in my Gmail account but I never experienced this in any of my gambling accounts. The OP can just follow the instructions given to him and that should solve his problem. If not then he can post on the ann thread of BC.Game in this forum which are located here.

This problem can occur not only on the newly created accounts but can happen too on old accounts which password is weak enough and easy to guess. It's better to create a much stronger password and then enable 2fa's for the safety of our accounts because there are so many hackers now lurking around. If it's about abuse then the account will be insta ban or the warnings will look differently.

I have not tried the gambling platform that you are talking about, if your account category is at level 25 for sure you will get a lot of benefits from your account on that gambling platform.

The only thing I don't understand is, you were told that it was a suicide threat, so it has been permanently locked, what does it mean when the support told you that? did they define how it became a threat? Or maybe you committed some violations that you just didn't notice against their rules dude.

I also receive emails from time to time about password reset on a particular resource, perhaps you really became a victim of an attacker trying to log into your account, for sure he did it using a vpn from different locations and if you consider how online casinos treat this, then it is likely they considered such activity suspicious, just wait a response from support to begin with.
same here , I also received emails back then but never complied because I only changing password in my own decision and not just I received emails from the site/scammer.
though I also send emails first to the right email from that said site once i decide changing password.
but better for the  site answering His emails asking about the reason though OP did not clear when did he send emails or if that take time till now.

Somehow I just think that @OP has done something that violates the rules of bc.game so he has to accept the risk of closing his account.
If he doesn't make a mistake, bc.game will not easily close someone's account, especially for people who have been playing at the casino for a long time.
Or maybe he deliberately created another account to chase bonuses or did something else so that bc.game closed his account without any notification.
If @Op doesn't think he did anything wrong, intentionally or unintentionally, he can email customer service asking for clarification.
He'll usually have to wait a while before getting a reply so be patient.

When I first read the thread I thought that maybe the OP could have been subjected to a hack and the casino was protecting them so they did not lost their money.

However since this seems to be more widespread than I thought there is the possibility they have standards that are too strict and they block accounts of their customers thinking they were hacked when this was not the case, and if we combine this with a slow support then this explains why the OP seems unable to get back their account.

How did you know that they closed your account? From your OP it seems like they just asked you to reset your account’s password. Now what’s the problem with that? If you are unable to reset it or lost access to the recovery mediums, then it might be troublesome for you. Still give a try and mail the support team for assistance. BC.game has good reputation, so they don’t close any player’s account like this. Moreover you need to also make sure that, you didn’t break their any terms and services. If you are honest from your side, then definitely you will get back your account back.

If you have done something or violate site rules and regulations or terms then it would be normal that they would be locking your account.It is really just that there are players who are
just fighting on whats right into their mind and they are really fighting for their rights even they do know that they are in wrong with this.
Bc.game is known to be reputable and known on this forum which we cant make out some exclusion but it is really hard to believe that they are scamming out their
users via locking up with those accounts.

I thought as much and was wondering because I have not really heard any  member here complaining of this casino and from the looks of things I think they have good reputation here already and OP seems to be making accusations without any proof. This got me thinking about ops tagged account and the possibility of a smear campaign against top casino here. At first op failed to present evidence to back his claim which makes it lack credibility and as a matter of fact I do not think this should be taken serious till OP does the needful before any further talks. Nevertheless, the casino representative would also be needed to come clear the air as to know if what OP is saying is true or not so we do not pass wrong judgment which might eventually cause some misunderstanding.

those things must be established and proven first because BC.games is not like the site that you are advertising that even players committed nothing yet their funds will be taken , bc.games has somewhat had cases in the past about locking their funds like these
