Yes we understand but there are some critical issues that against you badly, you have to clear your side of the accusation so that people will not see from another angle. Op said, you customer care service is not working, but I don't know of now, if it is not still working, you have to say something for others to know that the fault is not from you but from the OP. We know that op is not telling us the full story from his side and present only your side.
Op bets slips are no where to be found and he is saying that since he no access to the side, he can't produce them as well. So that also depends on you now.

It was couple sports bets in major leagues, nothing special. Unfortunately BC.Game doesn't allow me to view them because of my account being put in Restricted mode so I can't show them.

It's unfortunate that you don't have the log of the bets. Anyway, let's hope something positive will come out from your case. I see recently they have activated their marketing in Bitcointalk. They will not want to do anything that will give them a negative impression.
