They requested KYC documents but when I go there it says "All information are submitted"  (sic) even though i DID NOT UPLOAD DOCUMENTS, I JUST STARTED FILLING MY INFORMATION AND THE NEXT TIME IT SAYS THAT! There is no option to upload my documents!

I believe you're not the only gambler on this forum that uses this gambling platforms to gamble, if you're having any kyc related issues then try meet up with the conditions attached before making complaints about them with your accusation for scam, you ain't scammed yet, you just need to go through the requirements that cause the restriction you received, try use another device to log into your account preferably computer system and see if you will be able to upload those documents.

Yes we understand but there are some critical issues that against you badly, you have to clear your side of the accusation so that people will not see from another angle. Op said, you customer care service is not working, but I don't know of now, if it is not still working, you have to say something for others to know that the fault is not from you but from the OP. We know that op is not telling us the full story from his side and present only your side.
Op bets slips are no where to be found and he is saying that since he no access to the side, he can't produce them as well. So that also depends on you now.

It was couple sports bets in major leagues, nothing special. Unfortunately BC.Game doesn't allow me to view them because of my account being put in Restricted mode so I can't show them.
Still waiting on my account to be restored access, after more than 1 month of restrictions.
When playing in a casino especially if you are a high stake player, I always suggest people to do screen recording. Anything that may go wrong against you, you can prove it with evidence. It's unfortunate that you don't have the log of the bets. Anyway, let's hope something positive will come out from your case. I see recently they have activated their marketing in Bitcointalk. They will not want to do anything that will give them a negative impression.
That is it. And that would have helped a lot but they are not interested to do that but only interested not report and not why can help them easily. By now behind the scene discussion is going so let wait and see what the op will say whether they have resolved the issue or not.

If you are right (though I do not think so) then you should try to contact them via live chat as suggested and take screenshots as well as make a video about the conversation. Obviously, the conversation will be only from your side as they are not responding based on your post.

Scam accusation board has been full of many reports on casinos and other gambling platforms in which we keep getting them every day as they were been reported for an accusation, but what am not too sure is the reason for the creation of this thread to be orchestrated by the relaunched they are having on their signature campaign to make OP ressurected this accusation of a long time experience, am also sure that OP would not want to use his main account for this accusation in other not to appear unbelievable that this is coming from him.

I managed to successfully upload the correct information now which is VERY intrusive and privacy concerning to begin with
1. Front + back of ID
2. Selfie holding ID + text about BC Game
3. Utility bill
Images have to be less than 1MB too  Roll Eyes

I am looking forward to successful restoration of my account so I am able to bet in the casino/sports and able to deposit and withdraw again. I hope this will not take longer than 24-48 hours at most!

I think those documents are pretty standard for KYC procedure, is it not? Not necessarily intrusive. An advanced KYC would even require Source of Wealth, SoW, and that's pretty much a common standard by casinos as part of their AML/ATF compliance.

All things said above, I understand that your current situation is you managed to upload the documents and they're pending for review?

Yeah, You withdraw part of your deposit but still you didn’t complete the x1 wagering requirements with your 2 bets since you will need a final balance of 4K USD in able to do that since your balance is still short while you have few bets. This is just my opinion, they hold the remaining balance you still didn’t complete the wagering requirements for your total balance while you are withdrawing the rest already.

Also, Your screenshot shows that you didn’t reply right the live support became online. Do you contact live support after that first attempt? They might overlook your concern since you posted your issue before the live support attend to your case.

I rolled over all my deposit, what the heck are you talking about? They even let me withdraw some part of my own funds but are not permitting me to withdraw after I won my 2nd bet which was a basketball live game in West Asia Basketball League.
Just scummy behaviour by BC.Game, nothing else. I wait their final and rightful decision.
Support simply disconnected immediately after copying and paste some useless message. They are very bad live support agents.

You should read their ToS completely especially the AML policy. You deposit and place 2 bets after you deposit then withdraw. You will probably trigger their security for a suspicious mixing using their casino. Most of the casino has a wagering requirements for the deposit before you can withdraw it. Failure on completing before withdrawal will surely trouble you to do KYC because you demonstrate a money launderer like activity.

Just do the KYC because that’s their policy. You should know that if you read the ToS before you deposit especially a significant amount.
I have read their ToS and I have not broken any rule whatsoever. I turned over my money and I even was able to successfully withdraw 1770 (part of my deposit)
They now ask for KYC but there is no option to upload KYC documents anywhere because they have disabled it too!

I had not uploaded any documents before and it was a website glitch on their part. I have now uploaded all my documents so they must restore access to my account. They are not permitting me to even withdraw my own deposited funds  Angry

For the fact that the user is a newbie who woke up from a long time of inactivity to create an accusation is something that doesn't go down well with many of us here,  but there is no validity to ops accusation but just that the accusation lacks some basic information and correlation to get the most needed attention including that of the casino involved BC. Game.

Ops need to, first of all, move the thread to the causation board and also make sure to include all the necessary evidence that will make the case clearer to understand.
