Ok so I’ve continued to try and still it will not pass no mater what I do. I done exactly what BcGame.support told me to on a different forum which was send them a email and yet still no response. It’s going on 10 days now and I’m no closer to reaching a solution than I was on day 1. If anyone can please help me get this resolved I’ll gladly pay whoever $100 just to get this over with.

Umm... I can understand that it is easier said than done, but if you'd like to follow my previous suggestion, to wait while I am getting to the bottom of it, I'll really appreciate the gesture. My concern was, by keep on trying and getting locked out, it'll add more issue to your list. Though I believe my contacts at BC can easily remedied that situation, suppose it arised, might still be better if we have it as simple as we can.

Yeah, I am sitting with my contact right now. I still have to stick with my "spare" contact as the staff that usually handle things and talk with me are still unreachable [though the night is still young], but that shouldn't be much of an issue as I believe they'll still give their best to get the situations against them cleared through several interdepartmental communication.

I'll get to OP's case later, my contact is currently looking at another case I shoved into their plate.

Yes it’s suppose to be available only in the US but it doesn’t accept US documents. I’d stay far away from this site if I was yall. If you win anything at all you’ll have nothing but issues. They love taking your money but just about refuse to give it back. Still today I can’t get anywhere and now live support has stopped responding. It’s just a revolving cycle. They claim to have fixed it but it isn’t fixed and everytime I do get to speak to someone at support they tell me the exact same message that I need to wait 24hrs but I’ve read on other peoples issues what they’ll do is bypass KYC long enough for the player to make a withdrawal so why can’t they do that for me? That’s all I need is my money then I’ll gladly close the account because I’ll never ever spend another penny with this casino. All they’ve done is lost a good paying loyal customer.

according to the OP the URL is bcgame.us, I guess the bcgame.us website is only accessible to US players because I can't access the website without using a VPN with a US IP.

So I’ve been trying now for 4 days to verify my KYC for the new BcGame.us site

Thank you for your support brother. They should fire all the worthless people they have working there and hire just you. You’ve done more than 20 live support agents put together. Once again I’ve tried so many times I’m no longer able to upload documents for another 24/48hrs 🤦‍♂️ I’m just ready to collect my money and never look back at this point.

I’ve continued to try over the last 8hrs and still it’s doing the exact same thing. I never got an update from Steven and the next representative went back to being clueless and every support agent since has acted clueless and can only tell me to continue waiting in 24hr intervals. I’m getting no where at all I sent bc.game a email like I was asked to do on another forum last night and still haven’t got a response from them either “again 8hrs ago”. This has been 5-6days now and still no light at the end of the tunnel. Idk what else to do at this point.

Ok, given you've tried several times after the previous attempt, I guess it's safe to assume doing another is pointless. I would ask you to be a bit patient while I try to get to the bottom of this with my contact. I am not sure when can I be in touch with them today as they told me earlier [when I nudged them] that they'll basically be buried alive in things and meetings for the next couple of hours, and I think there is a chance that I will not be able to talk with them tonight, due to the timezone difference and I'll probably be already in bed when they're finished.

As a precaution, I've reached my "spare" contact, and get them to look into the situation. Hopefully this contact can sort your situation out so I don't have to wait for my earlier contact to be unearthed from the papers and calls and meeting.

Nonetheless, I'll try to stay awake as long as I can and wait for either of my contacts to give me an update, and if I happen to fall asleep before any of them can reach me, rest assured that I'll reach them tomorrow [if their response hadn't already sitting in my device while I was sleeping] and get a follow up.

To summarize: let's wait and be a bit patient while I try to get to the bottom of this with my contacts.

You are at the mercy of the site and have to keep playing the waiting game. I would send the BC game rep a message here as well and try to speed up the process if you haven't already.

You also need to realize that they have more customers than you, so 8 hours isn't really that much of a wait. Just be patient and keep trying to reach out. Long as the win was legit, your money shouldn't be going anywhere. I'd be frustrated myself, but maybe they'll get you sorted soon.

Given it's been more than another 3-4 hours since Steven talked with you, have you retried? What was the feedback given by the process? If it's still error, do you mind to try one last time and see if it goes through this time?

I'll have to leave for IRL situation, but I will be at forum's disposal in about five or six hours. While I'm gone, kindly try and write here what happened, if they still reject the ID, I'll reach my contact and try to get this sorted out.

@OP please update us if the issue with submitting your driver's license to perform KYC is fixed(I hope everything goes well this time). also, as BC.Game Support mentioned that don't hesitate to reach them if you experience another issue.

We've looked into the situation.

Though a bit crucial, it's a simple automated issue where there is an element in your submitted ID that made our automated system detect it as a driving license, as well as at the same time also being the reason to reject it as a valid KYC document. We have the situation fixed. Do you mind to reperform the KYC? It should go through now.

Please don't hesitate to reach us if you encountered aother issue with your KYC progress.

is something going on with bc.game? this is like the 4th thread I've seen about gamblers in their casino having issues with KYC and their support being almost non-responsive/helpful about it.

I'll send BC.Game Support a PM just in case they disabled the "Allow newbies to send you PMs."

If you haven't, there is no need for that. BC has already aware of OP's situation. He reached me through PM two days ago and I promptly brought it to my contact's attention.



We were supposed to discuss the matters yesterday, but when we're about to sit and talk, another matter grabbed them from me and I have to call it a day night before they can return.

I am periodically pinging them now to have those talk and get several things handled.

Sorry I’m new here this is my first time posting. I’ve messaged both of the advised accounts thank yall for pointing me in the right direction. This has been going on for days to the point I’m mentally exhausted with even dealing with it. I just don’t understand why they won’t accept a state issued ID or a state issued drivers license? I never plan on leaving the country so why would I need a passport or any other document? It’s literally a US site but it doesn’t accept US documents? Not only that after readying different forums trying to find a solution to my issue I’ve seen many of different issues/reasons there using to not have to pay out to players. It’s sad you literally have to go to completely different websites just to get answers or help because there live support is incapable and you can just forget about email it’s not happening. If I ever figure out a solution I’ll update my post.

That's a bit awkward. I thought drivers' Licenses are allowed ID documents by most platforms. Did you try uploading a different identification document you may have, and it was still rejected?

That being said, it looks like the onsite live support is a not well coordinated in helping the users like the forum support does. This is something they really need to look into to avoid such an influx of complaints in this forum, for example. I talked about it a few days back

... However, this is not the first time I am seeing complaints about the poor onsite live support service at BCGames. I do hope the forum support and marketing team are keeping an eye on these threads and taking notes. Perhaps they should make the onsite live support team as helpful as the forum team.

Since you have brought up the issue here, the forum team may help expedite on having your issue resolved

Stake.us is a reputed site that you can use if you are unable to get verified on bcgame. But I am thinking the reason for the KYC unsuccessful verification could be from you. If you think it is not from your end, Stake.us should be another recommended site as I can recommend Stake.com.

So I’ve been trying now for 4 days to verify my KYC for the new BcGame.us site. It’s to say the least the most unprofessional/User friendly site I’ve ever seen in my life. The KYC asks for a US ID so I try and upload my Tennessee state issued ID and everytime it fails and says it doesn’t except drivers license. I’ve contacted support and they literally act as if they have no idea what’s even going on. They keep telling me to just continue to try over and over which has now blocked me from uploading any documents period. I feel as if there just blowing me off with different excuses not to verify me. I’ve been told by support to wait 1hr and I’d be able to upload documents again then after 1 hour I was told to wait 24hrs after 24hrs I was told to wait another 24hrs and so on. The error message I’m receiving after trying to submit my ID as directed by support is “ Document issue
You've exceeded the document limit. Contact support for more information”. I had to argue with one support agent for close to a hour because she kept telling me it meant my documents exceeded the file size allowed which makes no sense at all. This is after waiting 3-4hrs each time to even talk to support there absolutely no help at all I might as well call some random number and try and explain to them my situation and ask for help it’s about the same thing as asking live support. The thing is I won $3,400 not with any promotion or anything like that I won it with my money that I deposited. This is why I feel like there giving me the run around and refusing to help me verify my kyc. Even if I’m allowed to upload documents again it’s still not going to accept my state issued ID. I don’t have a passport or visa or anything like that because I never leave my. Country and I’m playing on the US site so why should I be expected to even have those documents. Someone please help me just retrieve my funds so i can close the account and never look back. I can provide any and all documents needed.
