Umm... I can understand that it is easier said than done, but if you'd like to follow my previous suggestion, to wait while I am getting to the bottom of it, I'll really appreciate the gesture. My concern was, by keep on trying and getting locked out, it'll add more issue to your list. Though I believe my contacts at BC can easily remedied that situation, suppose it arised, might still be better if we have it as simple as we can.
perhaps if the issue still isn't resolved after a few days I'll try and PM their representative again and hopefully can get more information on what is going on and finally fix the issue.
Yeah, I am sitting with my contact right now. I still have to stick with my "spare" contact as the staff that usually handle things and talk with me are still unreachable [though the night is still young], but that shouldn't be much of an issue as I believe they'll still give their best to get the situations against them cleared through several interdepartmental communication.
I'll get to OP's case later, my contact is currently looking at another case I shoved into their plate.
