As you said, 0.015 is definitly not enough to make someone a whale (a current BCH rate).
Let's say it's Salmon territory, at most.

This site is rigged just because you got few losing streak on low payout? That's not a good reason to accuse them as rigged, you need to prove it in a better way. You may experience the same thing in all sites, so I guess you will accuse all sites as rigged once you get few losing streak.
