Maybe you also need to increase your presence in the forum. In this thread, a member is probably asking another platform that is light/easy to load maybe because of his slow internet connection. No worries. Good things take time. I am also working on a project like yours so I understand how long it could take. Of course, it depends on how big your Developer team is and also depends on Importance/priority. I don't think adding multi-balance is too much important at this moment since you have a big backlog. I know fixing some bugs/glitches have the most priority. I didn't notice any issue on BCH.game. But, You may know what to do next.
