Those top are very cool, the bet they have to play is how much I do not understand it well, what a user had previously duicho is that if a game provider does not match a country that they consider not prohibited is good and peasa, Can you play, but for the DEV it is "prohibited" country as could be done in the case that person is in another country and win? Or that I use a VPN because it is that on the site is accepted, but then changed to VPN, what would happen to that gain? There is a second thing that players should pay attention to and that's the restrictions that individual game providers have. Those restrictions can be completely different from the lists of banned territories by the casinos.

Imagine that you live in Switzerland. You want to play on a casino, so you check their TOS and find out that they have no problems with Switzerland-based players.
