How about looking at it this way, there is no money left hence withdrawals were suspended, and of course since there is no intention of paying back or ever processing the withdrawals, they team decided to keep mute hence slowing exiting scam, if at all they have not done so already. In every exchange, there is one thing users don't joke around with, and that is, suspension of withdrawals, this particular act creates panic and panic if not properly checked leads to words like scam exchange, untrusted exchange flying about. So therefore, for withdrawals not to be available when it's obvious there is no upgrade going on, shows the exchange is about to crash or already dead.

Sorry for your loss, but why did you deposit money in a new exchange? Yes, in the beginning they seemed legit, but let them first built a good reputation.

The investors at this exchange used to have a lot of expectations for this exchange but after Bcnex performed maintenance, everything was finished. Until now, no one knows how they are using the money, but certainly investors at this exchange will never be able to get back the lost money. I was also very sad about Bcnex but thankfully I withdrew all my assets to a better exchange.

your expectation was too good to be true. Binance doesn't even raised a lot of money like what already did by scam bcnex. They were saying everything was seriously developed to attract the victims and I think this is their strategy to lure the investors.

Yes. Bcnex Exchange has blatantly committed fraud. They left the exchange for a very long time. There are no activities in the last years.

This is very sad news as BCNEX exchange scam you. But you need to post it in Scam thread and provide more proofs to save the more investors.
Don't be surprised because this has been happening for a long time, even their telegram group no longer exists so it is very fixed if they are already SCAM, and the BCNEX exchange can no longer be accessed, so it is very pure if this project is pure SCAM. 
They have done many events in Vietnam, and have the presence of famous people in this country. But eventually they became a scam and no one accused this project, it seems that they were completely out of the market without any difficulties.
I guess if so many people in vietnam has already known the real identify of the scammer. If they were joining in so many event and it looks like so many developer have known about them too. It looks like there was a possibility for those scammers to be traced
I hate scammers like them and I also hope that some people who come from Vietnam can identify them and might be able to report them to the law there. And this is also one of the reasons why I have never trusted a project that came from Vietnam
