It's same issue with few altcoin exchanges now, vindax did same thing since last week now, many users are complaining, traders need to stay away from new exchanges now, this 2020 we will see some exchange exiting scam

BCNEX still not allowing withdrawal? That's really bad man. They started exchange and many have believed that it's real working exchange and might have deposited good amount of money.

How many people here waiting for withdrawals and since when??

No one has ever seen the funds that they raised and where they are. The only wallet to which we have access is the wallet from which payments are made to ordinary users.
The behavior of the exchange is rather strange, because they could have done exit scam for a long time, but at the same time they pull the rubber making themselves holy.

Im also thinking like that too. Im also still feeling doubt about where all of the money going on as the hot wallet is empty and it looks like the scammer is also mixing the raised amounts to make it becomes untraceable.
Those users were also depositing the money was not even getting deposit into the hot wallet too. This is a scam.

Group has not had any recent activity and BCNEX had intended to scam investors from the beginning so you will not be able to get back the money you are holding here. Most people complain at telegram and they only ask investors to stay calm during this time. Personally, I'm not sure what will happen next because it's been more than 2 months and no one can withdraw money here.

Related to your request, all withdrawal orders are slowly in progress currently and it can be processed in the nearest time!
As withdrawal function has been enabled recent days and all requests have been came to at one time, so it was a delay and some of requests have been done manually for security!
We are very sorry for all inconveniences may caused and if the partial maintenance is ongoing! But we are working on it to make it work out as soon as possible!
Kindly wait and allow us some time so we can fix it!
When it is time, withdrawal functions of other coin/token will be enable.

If you got rejected for your requests, kindly try again with a smaller amount, which might be under value that worth of $50 to see if it works better.

It’s funny to watch how the admins of the channel’s telegrams are trying to save the situation by any means possible, reassuring users that the team is working on solving the problem of withdrawing funds. Legend has it that the team does not get in touch with users because for users the most important thing now is the result while the team is busy with the process of restoring the exchange. These are the benefactors. 

I have the same issue during chinese new year, I could not withdraw any single amount in my account and had message them in their email support but after 2-3 days chinese new year i eventually was able to withdraw. I remember one of the telegram admins saying that there were some  issues within the platform they were trying to address and I think your problems is one of those. I hopefully it resolves as soon as possible cause it would cause panic to investors investors and would probably pull out their assets from their exchange.

A while ago I saw BCNEX founders in their telegram. But lately I've seen him leave it, it seems they've exit scam. It is disappointing if this exchange becomes a real scam because they have successfully ICOed with a huge amount of money

That's real bad. I had few tokens but not much. I guess I have to let it go now. Project, exchanges many things are turning scams now... What to trust and what not .

That's right. No one now can withdraw funds from the exchange. It seems that the person responsible for approving transactions simply stopped doing this activity.
The funny thing is that in the main chat in the telegram there are no developers, or at least they say so. So, the community has no direct connection with the founders.

I tried to get into a local telegram from BCNEX, and there were so many people who had problems with withdrawals, some even had to wait for 1 week. In addition, there are some people who try to withdraw below 0.5 ethereum, even the amount is under $ 50 and still pending until now.

Everybody seems to be negative about the Bcnex and their withdrawal system because they have raised more than 25 million during their crowdsales but till now they didn't manage to release the withdrawal, of course, the telegram is active but there is no use because they keep saying we are upgrading the system and they are not providing any ETA for it.

yesterday I tried to withdraw from bcnex, and until now it is still pending, I asked the others instead they had been a pending week. until quite a while this thread was made it seems like there hasn't been any significant improvements, but the telegram group is still active, hopefully it will improve soon in the future

never heard of this exchange before but this exchange was really new  ?  if it is , then why you guys entrust this with your money or maybe you only own tokens that you got from airdrops or ico's and you cant traded else where but no ,  i see the guy have eth  . if eth is the coin that we will be trading , there are many trusted exchanges out there  . did you guys didnt do research before using it  ? if they have scam accuse before and if people already complain , you guys should see it  .

On the contrary, they want to let believe that they are solving all the issues, hoping that people keep being active on their exchange. Make no mistake, they are 100% scam. I also tried to withdraw multiple times and it always failed with no response from their support.

I have tried to withdraw my 0.5 ETH from the exchange, but it wasn´t processed, it is 3 days since I requested and even they wrote on telegram chat that ETH and BTC withdrawals are live, it is not true. Still do not understand what happened, if they would like to scam people, then they won´t communicate with community members in this way, they would just leave without saying good bye.

It is unfortunate that you are in a situation of this kind, maybe you should contact the regulators in Vietnam where this exchange is based. There are few chances, but maybe they will tell you what to do next and maybe they themselves will take up the solution of this issue. Although I strongly doubt that the owner of the exchange did not take care of such an aspect as regulation, especially within the framework of his country. They probably took all safety measures if necessary to evade liability.

Yes, if there really is a withdrawal limit, I don't think it should be launched. Things like that certainly make most BCENEX users and some traders doubt. I know a little about prizes from the BCENEX project because some of my friends were one of the participants and didn't even get a prize even though KYC was approved, and the team didn't talk much about it. and I think BCNEX is a red flag for you.
