ATMs.

BPI - laging alanganin.. karamihan ng ATM machines nila only disposes 500 and 1000 bills

Kaya for this round..
I would go for BDO. And tama, sobrang nagkalat pa.. Parehas lang 15pesos per withdrawal ang charge if you use it for other ATMs..

If you don't have the minimum deposit funds they require, pag isipan mo mabuti bakit ka magkakarun ng bank account.

2k is small (for BDO). 500 is very small (for BPI Direct). 100 or 200 is tiny.

But the money is yours, hindi mo lang magagamit.

Syempre ayaw ng banko mag open ka, mag tanggap ng deposit, then close mo the next day. Meron admin costs din to open and maintain your account, pero pag marunong ka, manageable naman.

Besides, kung hindi mo kaya kitain ang 2k either through small business, buy and sell, or savings ... wag ka muna mag bukas ng bank account. Matuto ka muna paano kumita ng pera.

I was a student when I opened my first account. I built computers for friends and charged them. (With free games, hehe.) Ayun, meron na ako pang open ng account with left over to turn around.

Think of the 2k or 5k as challenge. Gusto mo magkaron ng checking account? Mas mataas pa ang maintaining balance, usually 10k and up.

BDO - We find ways
BPI -    Your bank away from home
Metrobank - You're in good hands

Pwede mo icheck yan sa website nila chief try to visit. https://www.bdo.com.ph/personal/accounts/peso-savings-account/junior-savers Ito pwede sayo junior savers P100 initial deposit requirement nila siguradong kayang kaya mo yan chief

All of my accounts are with BDO. Ok naman kasi I hardly visit the branches because most of my transactions are done online. Yung nagka problema lang sa BDO Online minsan e hindi nag re reflect yung records ng UITF but it seldomly happens.

The only reasons I opened SecurityBank accounts are:

1. Naka loan ako sa kanila, nag create ako ng checking account to pay them back with their own post dated checks.
2. For btcexchange.ph purposes, kasi that's the only bank they can link to at that time.

All other exchanges don't require a specific bank, but ok na rin meron ganyan.

Bonus: You can pay out to an e-code or something like that using SecurityBank, I think that's what coins.ph does when you withdraw without a bank account.

The trick there is to deposit 1 peso every few months.

OR, mas maganda, meron kang online o internet banking, lipat mo lang pera mo from one account to another. Ibig sabihin either dalawa account mo, o meron kang bills payment. Gamitin mo yung mobile load from your respective banks.

Both BDO and BPI can be used to reload prepaid phones to Globe and Smart (Or Globe lang yata pag BPI).

So pag nasa ibang bansa, lipat ng piso from account A to account B. After 5 months, ibalik ang piso from account B to account A.

In my case name, palagi naman meron movement sa mga accounts ko.

Ngayon na meron tayo lahat bitcoin, you can use rebit or coins or btcexchange, mag deposit ka ng piso (or 1000, baka meron minimum).

Siguro naman in 3 months meron ka internet access, or at least personal mobile device or laptop.

Hassle nga yang dormancy fee na yan. Salamat sa tips! Medyo tricky yung proseso, but makes sense!

I think all banks maintain a 90% uptime or SLA. One 9. Ibig sabihin, 10% of the time, offline sila, offline ang branch or offline ang ATM. Unscheduled downtime. Hindi planado.

Yung iba, kaya nila 99% or two 9s. Ibig sabihin 1% of the time, palpak sila, offline, whatever.

Annoying, but just try again with another branch or another machine, or try again tomorrow. Pag internet banking, well, just try again later. Ganun lang. Palpak parin, pero what can you do.

One or two things, palpak. I learned not to complain anymore and just wait, they usually fix their mistakes.

Keep records of your account balances.

Wala naman siguron problema sa record chief kasi for universal banks they are already fully automated, of all the industries in the philippines iton g banking industry ang may pinakamakas na internal control so mahirap talagang lusotan kasi mahigpit ang check and balance nila.
