It's very easy to say but not that easy to do unfortunately. Most people like me don't have enough expirience in trading and are very emotional during hard times.
Have patience now if you are thinking for selling your Bitcoins because the market rate if low and has dropped more you might know that and if you do not know then you are wrong if you are thinking for selling without monitoring the market price and conditions. People are thinking to buy more because the conditions are favorable which are encouraging us to buy more not to sell now.

in my opinion, when the cryptocurrency price at the exchange place falls, I will instead take advantage of this situation to be able to buy bitcoin or coin as much as I can with the still low price conditions like this is the right time to buy coins by using traders when they panic.
I am trying to be very calm but have almost lost everything now and am being wiped out so not sure in the next three months what my personal situation will be. I still will be visiting this forum but I might have to start looking for a day job anytime soon because the last few months have been catastrophic for me. This is life, we have to adapt and if I can't make a living in crypto I have to find another way to survive. I do love crypto as a technology though and would still try to be involved on a part-time basis. I will reassess my situation in exactly three months.
In that case we really cant anticipate the price in the market because every seconds the price is changing so we don't need to panic at all we know for the fact that if the market falls we can wait for the exact time and patience. It doesn't matter at all if we hold our coins for a while first because if you will have the feelings of being panic there is big possibility that you can a make mistake without your intentions that you already doing a wrong decision
