That is right, betyer to check the webiste if it's registered because as of now they have a lot of website who try copying other and then once you log in they will get your information and your account once open your money or your coins expected to gone or to lose. Always be careful on what website that you login make sure that is right ad legit.

We really need to be careful about choosing a good exchange because if we fall into a fake exchange we can maybe loose a huge amount of profit. I believe that we need to choose a proven and tested exchange because there are so many scam on the crypto feild and we can really loss a big amount if we are going to ingage on fake exchange.

That looks like a kind of phishing site. This kind of site is many and scammer try to fool us by creating phishing site. This kind of problem sometimes escapes our attention, because the form and appearance of the site are exactly the same as the original. Better to bookmark important sites, and don't open the link from other sources. Those might redirect you to phishing site.
