I would not call all of them stupid. Many of them are reckless and desperate. But there are some who does not have enough or spare money, when they feel like they are going to win. I find it wrong to call everyone who borrow money for gambling as stupid. Many are, but, there are also those who succeed. I have encountered many cases like this. Taking advantage of the name of an individual or company to raise capital from others, with the promising is to pay high interest or bring high profits when investing to some potential projects . I see that most of these forms of raising money are scams, if not in this form, it will be in another form. This case happens a lot in the crypto market when they mobilize other people's money to buy tokens which is selling private or receive entrusted investments, then they use that money to play futures, and lose all that money.
