From the screenshot shared by the ops, it seems that he is just attempting to drag shuffle and it team in a negative light, by trying to create some crisis which is not possible in this kind of a place where we take evidence before making any judgement shuffle casino have not violate your privacy right and beside their acted in accordance with regulatory requirements and standards since you self exclude yourself from that casino without them making any attempts to bring back.

Lastly and again try to post true evidence because the screenshot you posted from shuffle chat group is not an evidence since the image doesn't contain anything related to personal information or documents in the chat.

Had to check around the internet if anybody else was complaining of any data breach, and unfortunately I can't find anything there!!!

OP as an occasional gambler myself,I know we tend to have other accounts on other platforms for different reasons...so is it possible that your leaked documents could have happened somewhere else and found its way in this shuffle group hence shuffle  been caught in the line of fire🔥?? Have you tried to check around with your other bookies of any data breaches happened? Hope you can get to the bottom of this ASAP..

I confess that I can't see where there is proof that Shuffle Crypto Casino leaked your personal data, all I saw in this thread were photos of dialogues made in a chat, I don't know if they are dialogues from the Shuffle Crypto Casino chat or not. but they are not proof that Shuffle Crypto Casino has leaked your data, in a case like this, it is very difficult to prove that the casino is involved in the data leak, because to be honest, I see no reason for a casino to leak a customer's data,

This is not advantageous for the casino, it would only destroy the casino's reputation. people are afraid of seeing their data leaked on the internet, if a casino X or Z is being accused of a scam, even then there will be stubborn people who will use the casino that is being accused of a scam. but if the same casino was accused of leaking people's private data, then that casino would lose customers and not have new customers. Casino owners are well aware that leaking customer data is something that would destroy the casino itself. That's why I highly doubt that Shuffle Crypto Casino would leak your private data.

OP Shuffle Casino's representative has posted his comment on this thread and I believe that's more than enough to prove that they aren't unreliable as a casino. I believe the leaked data which you mentioned in your thread were leaked from somewhere else instead of Shuffle.

If you haven't KYC approved your accounts on other sites then your thread may have some weight but if you have KYC approved on other sites as well then you can't blame Shuffle because your data could be shared in another site's breached data.

In fact I was very angry when shuffle refused to re-open my account. But it's Ok it's on the TOS. I talked a lot of shit to staff members, but who hasn't gotten frustrated and angry? Online casino team members should be prepared for this type of behavior. But that's not the reason to leak my information to others users. This is very serious.

Wow wow wait you said your information was leaked and even a picture of you,are you sure about this cause I don't think shuffle casinos will want to expose or leak out users identity or information, cause they prioritized on  keep user's information private and safe from hacks and scammers, so I don't know if your just trying to create a content with this thread cause it's obvious and your thread should have contained pictures or evidence of the information leaked.

Hey - Shuffle takes the privacy of our users extremely seriously, and there has never been a breach of that. Please send through proof of these details being shared by Shuffle staff, because I can guarantee that this has never happened. It seems like you have a separate issue with Shuffle (the fact that you self-excluded and we didn't reenable your account, which is a regulatory and responsible-gambling obligation that we have, which comes before any other preference you/we may have), and as a result you're attempting to bring us down by suggesting that we had some involvement in your personal details being leaked.

This user you screenshotted was banned from chat for attempting to dox you. I would recommend you consider your personal opsec and try and think where you may have shared these details externally, because I can assure you that this user did not attain these details through Shuffle or our staff.
There's your answer OP.

I think you have a personal vendetta because of the inability to gain the airdrop and you used the "leak" of your information to get your revenge. That's just wrong.
Try to remember where you shared your information too. Maybe you also registered in a different gambling site or you joined another airdrop that needs KYC. Those are possibilities. Clear your mind first and then maybe you could remember where you last filled in some information. You are a gambler, I really doubt you are using just one gambling site. Most gamblers have one more account especially if they cannot find their luck in the previous one.

If you are not satisfied with the answer above then I guess you could talk to the user above privately to clear things up.

The point is the user in the screenshot is a well know high roller i this chat this user for an example can spam freely in the chat, talk about racism, n#zism and not get muted. He knows everybody from Shuffle he got my information from a Shuffle Staff member with my private selfie who I sent exclusively to shuffle support. Yes, my personal info isn't only in shuffle but my selfie yes, I sent only for shuffle due to a email address change once.

I wish it was a lie. But unfortunately it isn't. Shuffle is the casino that has the most toxic and extremist community on the Internet Spend 10 minutes in the chat and you will see all kinds of atrocities

As for what you said, it has nothing to do with it, I don't fall for scams.Unfortunately my information was leaked from within the shuffle team. And apparently there's nothing I can do.

What I see is only evidence that you provided your personal data to the shuffle platform. But what I want to know is, how do you prove that this is the only time you have shared your personal data? What if you have already used your personal data on another platform? Can you prove that your accusation is true?

I think it is possible that your data has been shared in other media and misused by certain parties, which may not be the party you are accusing.

I would definitely like my airdrop considering the huge amount of money I spent at this Casino. But this is not the main point of the issue. What really worries me is how my data It ended up in the hands of the players.

Right now there is no proof that those information that were being spread in the casino’s chat weren’t from you.

It’s hard to believe that they would single out a customer’s information and share with others - and not just an ordinary customer, one that was deprived of an airdrop. Unless otherwise proven I’ll just take that data that was being spread as a means to harm the casino for not giving you their airdrop.

As for my funds, I'm sure they won't allow it. The staff at this casino love to hate me.
This player is friends with several team members and has free access to a lot of information, including obtaining my data.
As I said, I have always been a regular player. I actually liked the platform. But after the launch of the airdrop, when I found out that I couldn't have access to it due to my self exclusion. I started to realize that they don't care about anyone. They left out a player who was loyal since the platform's inception. Even though I was excluded, at least I could have access to the airdrop....

But no. No. And no shuffle throw your users in the trash.
But now what concerns me is information security.
I don't know if anyone has already suggested this but there is a Shuffle ANN thread where this can be reported to.

I have a simple question to ask you. Are you pained that shuffle didn't grant you access to their airdrop? If you already self-excluded from the casino, isn't it possible that sending you emails about promos, bonuses, airdrops would be part of the exclusion package as well? In my estimation, this is not about loyalty but it is about, the fact that they are keeping their end of the "self-exclusion" contract. I think they care about you and know that the airdrop make you break your self-exclusion - however it works.

Shuffle recently experienced an impersonation attack on social media. I’m not sure whether this user is telling the truth or not but I wonder what will be the benefits for shuffle casino to exposed their player KYC specifically OP which is the only one experiencing this issue.

There’s a possibility that OP himself exposed his KYC on other casino claiming that Shuffle itself is the one doing it. Probably he is riding the chaos which Shuffle recently experienced from bunch of attacker.

This accusation doesn’t make any sense. There’s no way to prove that Shuffle itself publish the KYC or the OP assuming that he is using other people KYC that he purchased.

I'm registered in 2023 in Shuffle Casino, I gamble a lot.
In the end of 2023 I decided to self exclusion my account and really I forgot about the airdrop, I tried to recover my account but shuffle refused (of course...)
You forgot about the airdrop? Really!! Is it airdrop that is needed to have access to an account or password? Please, I will like you to clarify me on this.

But my surprise was I found my KYC picture, and some KYC information Which I sent exclusively to the Shuffle team, circulating freely among users on Telegram and in the casino's chat.
My KYC personal information was leaked by shuffle staff to users in shuffle casino.
You said you were refused access to the casino, right? So how then were you able to noticed that your personal information were leaked by the casino staff on the chat room?. Because, I will also like you to clarify me on this too.

All I could see is a covered message from a user named Simba, and if this is true, then it will be really too bad for a staff of a casino to share confidential information to the third parties/public.

It is indeed a pleasure you brought your complaint here, as I'm sure Sir "Little Mouse" will make this known to the owner of shuffle for them to revisit your case again, helping you have access to your funds.

Not sure if this is real or not, but if it's real, then Shuffle casino really fucked up.

You said that they spread your personal information across Telegram, but the images you provided only on the casino public chat.

Few days ago some people are trying impersonating Shuffle casino, not sure if there's a correlation with this thread.

Since they have an active campaign in this forum, I believe they will reply soon.

Lightning network is good with small amount of BTC
You information was leaked on social media like Telegram? Then show us proof which can be used as an evidence that what you are alleging Shuffle for is true or not.

If you are tired of KYC casinos, you can go for web3 casino like https://metawin.com/. Just connect your wallet and start gambling. I will advice you to have a separate wallet for it and not your main wallet.

I'm just sharing what happened to me, from what I understand some users are friends of the Shuffle team and have privileged access to certain information. That wouldn't be a problem if There were ethics on the part of the casino .

This is my report of extreme concern regarding the safety of the players in this place. It is definitely a very dangerous casino.

Has anyone had a similar problem with Shuffle Casino?
