I think what you say is very superficial. Bitcoin is the same as other investment commodities, which if we save it for some time then we will get profits or losses, it is a risk in the investment world so it is not something FRAUD, in bitcoin there is no fraud, bitcoin is transparent transactions can be seen by everyone and they cannot be manipulated.

These people simply managed to catch the right moment. They bought Bitcoin before the bull run (some of them even did not know what they do when they were investing in crypto), and then, sold to make money.

They might be called succeed in terms earning much money. But they have done it in a wrong way and that's not a good thing at all. In other way, they can be called a true loser as they can't earn money from a fair competition. I don't know which is the better name for fraudster.

your statement about richness which came from an easy access such scam projects or a system of investment who offers you to received bitcoin

I'm not quite sure if you are calling bitcoin or fiat a fraud, but in any case bitcoin is increasingly being accepted by major financial institutions as a legitimate asset. In fact Fidelity has just announced it will allow bitcoin trading in a few weeks. All currencies can potentially used for fraud, and bitcoin is no exception. Fraudulent behavior is based on the person and not the form of money.

I dont really understand what are pointing out on your post. Being rich is not always because of fraud and its a forever problem without a solution. But If you belong to those people who see bitcoin as a scam, sorry mate, in the end of the day, the ones who become rich will be us not you.

Well, for me it can’t considered a success if through fraud. It is more fulfilling feeling if you obtain your wealth from your own hard work. Also, it is worry free and something that you can brag to anyone or even share to them. I know few people whose lives improved through bitcoin and it’s in a legit way. Kudos to them!

Idk if the op is refering to the rich bitcoiners that obtained thier bitcoin in a bad way or maybe the op is refering to us normal bitcoiners . he thinks that we are fraudsters just because most of bitcoin users does not comply with kyc/aml . but whats the point of kyc's if bitcoin is only intented for anonymous use ? first you have to define success for yourself, not everybody would call himself succesfull cause he just made a lot of money. if bitcoin or not...doesn't matter.
