By best it probably means best running, and if there are no bitcoin related businesses in your country then that does not assure that there are people in your country willing to use bitcoins, so maybe if you open a bitcoin related business, it may don't get too much of a success at first if you are not sure about any customers around you.

i think the best business to create is gambling site because todays many gamblers that will playing gambling in the gambling site and they make deposit from bitcoin as bitcoin offer the anonymous for them and they do not have to fill their details to register on that site so making gambling site is the best choice for me.

All of the cards are still depend on VISA or MasterCard service. Such as the bitcoin debit card will useless without both services. The bitcoin hasn't stand alone in this cases. Spectrocoin was becoming one of example for you if this is not suitable for this situation. We might have forgotten about this way for building our business.

I am agree and that also make good bitcoin dissemination. Or maybe if you have good skill in computer, you can create service business that related with bitcoin, for example create exchange site.

there are already something like this as far as i know i think one of them is e-coin where they provide debit card for their subscribers. I don't know if the company is still alive yet but i remember people are complaining about them being centralized.

everyone needs a place or site where they can spend their bitcoins easily like we are using the amazon or ebay what if there are some trusted sites which accepts btc or what if we thought a unique business which everyone needs the most like a blockexplorer which instantly transact btc transactions

There's already purse.io for that. It's pretty well-known. I think it would be hard to compete with them. It's better to think of a service that doesn't have that much competition or have a really weak competitors and then be the best among them than to build a similar service that a well-established company is already offering.

Your idea of online advertising and accepting bitcoins as payment is good. This could be a good primer for an online business in bitcoins. It could be a way of generating bitcoins and also trading could be added to this idea.

It's good to have different option of business so you also have different opportunity to make money. The best way to make money here which is very common is through trading and investing and I have been doing it since it does not require a lot of skills to do to be able to succeed in this journey.

But trading is not a business means you cannot rely on it too much. I think making a gambling site could be a nice idea because there are almost 50% of btc users who gambles or knows about it at least, so if you can create something unique you can expect a lot of traffic and hence profit making would be possibly handsome.

Now i think bitcoin already have in it a big business but only need big capital, If you have a big amount, than you have no need to worried about any business, Because when you use your assets into bitcoin and only hold the bitcoin, than also it give you a good profit. Actually, i know that many type of business are build from bitcoin, But for me only holding is enough.

The Bitcoin ATMs would be ny suggestion. People will need them more and more with greater adoption so installing the ATMs in populated areas would be profitable I guess. Not sure whether the 2017 will be the year of massive adoption but it will surely happen in the next few years or so.
