You can beat YoBit because it has a flaw. Their support isn't that good so if you're going to make your own exchange website, make sure that you have a good support team.
Everything in an altcoin exchange website is automated anyway and you can hire mods and support team. You don't have to work that much once everything's set. You just have to promote your website.
There is always work, even if it does not seem obvious at first, probably the hardest part of owning an exchange or something similar is protecting your website against hackers trying to find a breach in you system so they can steal your coins.

Yep, but the problem is figuring out what is that "something unique" that you will create. It would be so hard to think of because almost everything that you think of has been thought by other people already when you look it up online. Maybe you should just study hard and then look for things that has been thought of but hasn't been implemented yet. Implement that and continue to develop it so the project wouldn't stagnate.
