You can try Bitcoinker, you can collect BTC0.000003/15 minutes (equivalent with BTC0.000012/hour). This faucet using Microwallet as micropayment chance. But, I like it (when I still a newbie)
Im not in a position to buy BTC off an exchange at the moment, so what faucets do you guys use?
There are no 'best' Bitcoin faucets. There are 'bad' faucets and there are 'worst' faucets.
Rather than visiting webpages and typing all those CAPTCHAS to receive pennies, if you work the minimum wage job, you'll earn much decent amount of fiat. Then you can buy Bitcoin with it.

Safedice? I don't think it has a faucet, but it has a nice variable house edge system.
For example, you can get 500 satoshi on PD (much higher when your PD account levels up) every 3 minutes, and get 2000 satoshi on Win88 every 3 minutes.

For its adspace on adbit.co (http://adbit.co/?a=Advertise&b=View_Bid&c=NTBO1JLU87T8H), the stats is showing a daily views of ~30000.
For its adspace on buysellads (https://buysellads.com/buy/detail/242195), the stats is showing a monthly views of 6975000 (232500 a day).
Not sure whether the former site has problem recording the viewer count, or the latter site has bloated the stats.

In my opinion, there's no such thing as a completely good bitcoin faucet, All faucets are just wasting our time by typing captchas for dusts. They dont allow ads blocker either which sometimes makes your browser stucks
