PS 1.. best memories
It depends actually on what games you are into. For me, generally I like realistic shooting games that's why I go for PS at well as desktop.
Based on your set examples I believe you are more into Nintendo developed games, well for that please go strongly with the newly released Nintendo switch. I believe the graphics on those devices are beyond superb.

The best console is the Nintendo 64

Either PC or PS4 for me because I have one and I find them really satisfying while using them it is also because of their ultra-graphics games that is really pleasing to the eyes. 
My best memories go back to Genesis and then maybe NES. Of course the PS2 time was incredible too. But if you're talking A-rated titles, then I think PS2 has to be it.
Counter strike
Make me really like the game over the internet by using pc. I have been using the Xbox 360 and the Xbox One.
Honestly I like the game through ps 4 easy for me when playing football. PS4
You definitely love playing games with a pc is easy for us who want to find something game that we want.
I used to have xbox 360 and it was perfect for me. But I have nothing against PlayStation. Both of them are good. I also tryed some virtual reality glasses but didn't like them at all. Maybe I have to get used to them first.

Of course very safe we play sebua game in the form of a PC because he can pass internetan network. I'm currently using Nintendo 3DS and thinking about buying Nintendo Switch.

Very good we play the game as much as possible with the game of ps 2 tampa innocent right.
Of course my bolt pc really satisfy me when play.

There isn't any "BEST CONSOLE" all are great IMHO. Buy the one which your friends also own so you guys can play together. Also check out the game library of that particular console does it have games that you enjoy playing?
