I know the topic was covered a bunch of times already, but the rules change fast and really curious on getting the most recent thoughts on this.

What countries in your opinion are the best for the ICO's right now and is it likely to drastically change in the next 2 years, and why?

Thanks!

P.S. To moderators: Sorry if I'm posting this in the wrong part, please move

Only few countries were restricted their citizen from investing into ICO and most of the countries allowing us to participate on our own risk but in future  we may see the changes in ICO inestment in many countires because many countries were regulating the crypto currency investment so mostly ICO will be restricted in that case.

Every country has its positives and negatives when it comes to ICOs. The worst probably is United States across the board, but the ICO itself is more regulated by people looking to invest rather then the company itself. This means that running it in any country will work, but you need to follow each participating countries legal rulings when it comes to the ICO itself.

As for the best country I would say Malta just for the fact they are pushing the blockchain technology and very large cryptocurrency companies are moving there.
I think the worst ICO is China. Because China has a lot of ICO projects, many people can't see it at all. In the second half of 2017, hundreds of ICOs will be released every day in China. This is extremely rampant.

Japan for starters, they are the most cryptofriendly country. US has so many regulations so i think its not a good pick. Singapore also is ok and South Korea stretching its arms to cryptocurrency i think would be good to start an ico since its still gonna be fresh.

Perhaps ico is the best country in Japan. Although I rarely participate in Japan’s ico, Japan’s current supervision of ico should be the most rigorous in the world. This can effectively prevent various scmas, so Japan’s ico should be of high quality.

The best countries for ICO projects in Europe are Malta and Belarus, in Asia: Japan and Singapore. In the US, very "slippery", in the morning Trump can allow everyone to participate in ICO, and in the evening to prohibit.

USA is the best for me because they are the number one country in the whole world who accepts cryptocurrency open arms and they rules and regulations are strictly implementend for securities.

All countries in which crypto is allowed and there is no KYC,SEC. But in this case there are a lot of scammers, and this only undermines the authority of the ICO, so take it yourself, which is better.

Not really, there are countries which prohibit ICO means only negative for ICO there and also country with strict rules and the some which ICO friendly, even USA only allow accredited investors only to invest into certain ICO and really prohibit ordinary people to invest into an ICO.

It is clear that the best countries for the creation and promotion of projects are the USA, United Kingdom and Singapore.
I am not agree that because USA is against in Bitcoin because many bad rumours are created in USA so USA is not a best country in Crypto community. But UK, Singapore and Japan are best place in ICO and day by day Crypto supporters are increasing in the world so all the countries are accepting the Crypto platform in future.

Now at current time the ICO that starts with the acceptance of an ICO regulating government would create more attention and hence would get more investments as investors would feel much secure that their investment is being used by a legal project.

The most favorable countries in my opinion are Hong Kong and Singapore. In these countries, very favorable conditions for ICO and the entire crypto currency in general. A lot of positive feedback from those who work there. It's worth to look who are going to devote themselves to the crypto world

I've seen many ICO recently, I don't really think about that much. Just go for ICOs that which can rise exponentially, which have promising teams and a good expansion plan. Tomochain, Sparkster, Edenchain and Liven are the ones I'm going for.

I think that actually Switzerland is the best country for an ICO because it has well regulated  the sector with clear rules.

Singapore. The Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) is good for crypto-currencies, MAS is actually the central bank of Singapore and manages the entire financial sector of the country, in Singapore, 20.7% of successful ICOs were conducted.

i think the best countries for an ico are those country who do not have any thing against crypto currencies but any country that regulate cryptocurrencies is not a best country to an ico.

Singapore, Swiss and Estonia are friendly countries  for starting an ICO.

well yes your statement in accordance with my statement, because I every follow Bounty Campaigne average of this country all its ICO successfully entered into market Exchange.

but maybe it's just a coincidence, because every country must have its own positive too, so we should not discriminate something for a cause.
