Since governments own lottery are more transparent and people have more trust on them than the individuals one. I have come across couple of Bitcoin lottery in my early days in crypto world. I think I found them mostly on faucet websites.
Most were probably shaddy and untrustworthy as there were really no way to verify if they are scamming players or not.

Yea, I agree with freebitcoin since they provide free lotteries. I never won anything though for more than a year rolling like stupid. However, at least it won't suck your money, only suck your time and a little bit of energy to click.
