I also have the same problem with you before... But now, I learn how to multitask. There a lot of exercises you can do at home. it only takes discipline. Good luck!

Eat less and walk more. it's that simple.
I had the same situation a year ago. Start moving. The fat around belly comes from excess fatty food

Enough evening running, maybe some more exercises on the uneven bars, this activity is enough to not get fat!

For me, walking is the best exercise. If you want more intense exercises, go for running/jogging and other cardio exercises that will make your body release fats.

Hi. since I came into crypto world, my activity went to about 0%! I'm just sitting behind my desk and looking at charts, looking for ICOs, and now here a new place for chat and research!  Cheesy
I gained a lot, specially belly! My question is how do guys stay in shape meanwhile trading and doing crypto stuff?

Concentrate on veggies...  Eat lean meat,  no carbs, alcohol, energy drinks etc..  Then add some cardio and weight lifting..  Must not be the very big dead lifts.  Dumbbells and the rest. And don't east once it's 7pm.  If you are hungry eat apple.

Do weight training especially to train muscles such as the shoulders, back and legs so that the body burns more calories at any time. The more muscle mass you have, the more fat you will get out of your body.

Zumba is the best exercise because you can really lose fats with that because of dancing you can lose a lot of fats than jogging. Less with rice and fatty foods, just eat healthy if you want to lose weight and just eat a lot of fruits and vegetables instead of pork or beef (if you can) LOL.

It depends on the resources currently available to you. But well, most likely the best fat burning exercise which anyone could do would basically just be jogging. Wake up at around 5 in the morning and jog for around 30 minutes for your first time and extend it up to an hour when you're used to it. But remember that exercise is just one part of dieting. The most important part of burning fat would be a healthy diet at all times so do remember that.

Yoga is good for me, because it does not exhaust me, but keeps fit inside & out. I ve lost weight since started breathing yoga practice and physical yoga.

The most important thing is to move. Wake up a little earlier and go for a morning walk. If you're really motivated, deadlifts, squats, and sprints are the best for optimizing your body composition. "Sitting is the new smoking."
