You have to change your lifestyle. If you want to do better and better to sit up or walk for 15 or 20 minutes and I think you have to work to handle this.

Hi. since I came into crypto world, my activity went to about 0%! I'm just sitting behind my desk and looking at charts, looking for ICOs, and now here a new place for chat and research!  Cheesy
I gained a lot, specially belly! My question is how do guys stay in shape meanwhile trading and doing crypto stuff?

Swimming is very good choice. Choose pool that is near to your home and go there. 3 times per week 1 hour each day is normal.

You should save 1 hour per day for work out. If you want to burn fats do cardio exercises. You can see this kind of workouts on internet.

I think you should arrange your working hours reasonably, although I will sit at the table for a long time like you every day, but whenever the night comes, I will choose to do some outdoor sports!

Living with excess fat is terrible. How to overcome it by exercising regularly such as running, swimming, sit up, push ap etc.

Fat is very disturbing in health and appearance. The fat burning I did was running and cycling.

Walking obviously! If u dont have the time for it, than gym works just fine, but the best experience i have had is by walking every day...

If you don't wanna to gym, you can just do some exercises like push ups and sit ups and you can also search for other programs that doesn't require machines. But I do recommend to go to the gym, because it's better to work out if you have complete equipment.

Swimming is a great way for burning fat and cutting your weight, but if you swim a lot,then you should eat a lot too lol. Cause swimming is very energy-consuming kind of sport.

If there is a desire to reduce fat, then it seems to me simple jogs in the evenings will be quite enough!

You can play a sport which need you active with high power and lasting. You can burn fat only when you use all reserve energy then your body will burn fat for energy.

Cycling, but ...You need to ride slowly not to rush that you could easily talk while riding and it needs time ...you will start burning fat after apron 40 minutes of exercise (any) so it has to take at least 1 hour + if we talk about cycling
