I remember calling the Nintendo Hotline a few times as well for certain games growing up.
I called them to ask about the other -1 levels and how to access them, and the agents refused to tell me because "-1 is a trap, and we are not allowed to tell you about traps" or something along those lines. To those who don't know, it was like $2.99 / minute or something... LOl
