Between Ledger and Trezor, I prefer the design of Ledger. The material is solid instead of plastic. Other than design, both hardware wallets work well.

Me personally using Ledger Nano S, but I'm disturbed of several licks about some of the vulnerabilities of it too often
Personally, I made a choice in favor of Trezor one. The best price-quality ratio. I met a lot of negative reviews about Ledger Nano, problems with updates, reliability ...

I have other ideas. I think the background has 2-3 more businesses involved in developing hard wallets. Because the market only has 2 businesses will not bring the best benefits to customers. If more businesses join, the price will decrease and the quality of the product will increase over time.
anyone have the same thoughts as me?

I give my vote in favor of the Trezor project and it seems to me that this project is already the leader of this industry, because I can confidently say that this project is really very cool. I think that all this project will be fine.

I think that this whole thing is very individual and depends on many factors. For example, how much money you have, how you try to make money, how long you have been on the market and all that.

I won't call that is the battle for the hardware because when we want to choose which wallet that will match with our needs, we need to compare each wallet and we can do a small test to check. But if I need to choose, then I prefer to buy a ledger nano than trezor because, for me, the ledger nano will be more simple and easy to use. Besides that, I don't have trezor, so I don't know how to use it.

I prefer to store my crypto on the paper wallet than storing on the desktop wallets. Hardware wallets are safer but for small amounts, it is better to use online wallets.

No problem with storing your crypto in a paper wallet, as long as it is stored in an air gapped device (not connected to the internet).

I'm also in Ledger right now, it still serves my purpose so I'm not going to buy any new one. Probably just to test Nano though, just maybe one of this days I will try. But I'm satisfied with my Ledger so everything is good.

I have never used it before. Either Trezor or nano ledger, I have never used it. But many of my friends used Nano ledger compared to Trezor. Because here, more online stores provide Nano Ledger than Trezor.
I also have never used a hardware wallet like Trezor or Nano Ledger, but I will try both of these wallets because there are many people who are sure that the two wallets are very safe.

As for me, you will not go far on hardware wallets. It seems to me that they can only be used at the beginning of my pita, when there are small amounts.

I have trezor and ledger nano s, they are both good and safe. Maybe I prefer Ledger because it seems easier to me to use at the beginning but really they are both good guys you don't need both.

Trezor and Ledger are the best crypto wallets of recent times. The highest level of safety. But more new hardware wallets have been created and they have more functions.
What do you think about keepkey hardware wallet because it seems very reliable to me and that is what I have been using for a very long time, although that was the first hardware wallet I got exposed to, even up to now.

I hardly make more research on new wallets because I don’t see any use for it since the one I am using has not failed me, unfortunately, I don’t even know about trezor and ledger until now that it is being mentioned in this forum, so I might as well also check them out and probably split my saving even if I am fully aware that any genuine hardware wallet is safer to use.

Yes, it is always better to do your own research and then put your coins in any wallet.Trezor and Ledger Nano S are considered the best hardware devices to send or receive coins, view all information and monitor on-screen transactions. Both the devices have constantly been upgrading themselves by means of software updates, new functionality, and additional coin support.
Trezor is better in terms of wallet software as it enables the transaction information to be synced with a DropBox account. Plus, you can create an endless number of hidden accounts by password protecting a user’s seed. Don’t worry; it does offer an easily accessible password directory. On the other hand, Ledger’s firmware and integrated wallet software are not that advanced. It does not support shrouded accounts and does not include password administrator functionality.

Keeping your cryptocurrency investments safe has become very important today. And thanks to the many established organizations that have provided the crypto enthusiasts with secure storage options via hardware wallet. Hardware wallet adds an additional layer of security to safeguard your cryptocurrencies in case your computer is affected by a virus or malware which could steal your private keys by using a key logger. They additionally secure you against tricks, for example, counterfeit sites which use "phishing" to attempt and take your private keys. In the event that you have done any kind of investment in digital money, it bodes well to utilize a hardware wallet – they are by a wide margin the most secure methods we have at the moment of protecting your investments.

The two products that are considered the best hardware wallet in 2019 and stand out in crypto space are Trezor and Ledger. Both of these products are well known in the cryptocurrency community for the security they offer without actually storing the currencies themselves. Though physical equipment, Trezor, and Ledger act as protection for private information and data that are used to access digital assets.

Share your opinion as well...thanks

I have only used the ledger nano after several recommendations from friends. I am satisfied with the ledger nano service so far. I will try the Trezor too if I get it cheaper so I can make my physical comparisons

Thank you so much for your valuable feedback.Hence, both devices have their own pros and cons. It is really difficult to nominate ‘which is the better device’ – either Trezor or Ledger Nano S. Both are worth their money. So, while making a purchasing decision, you can consider the coins supported by the device, the look, and design of the wallet and the software user interface.

All the hardware wallet do the same thing and they keep your funds safe in an isolated environment from online hacks.

Personally, I prefer ledger nano S, as it's cheaper than its main competitor Trezor, and has a more user friendly interface.

They are trying to keep the review balanced but to me ledger is a clear winner.
I like the design better and it's made of metal so better materials as well.
Supports more cryptocurrencies.
Is cheaper.
These three things make it so much better!

Totally agreed the Ledger Nano S got all I need to be the best hardware wallet, the design is sleek and slim you don't need much space for it. It also cheaper compared to other competitor, however for someone who has more money to spend for their hardware wallet they can buy the Nano X instead. And both Ledger Nano X and S support many cryptocurrencies.

There was a famous Brazilian P2P trader that have recently a very stupid error using a trezor. She almost lost 10btc. The support was horrible and she was only able to recover with the help of Brazilian community.

Her error was not knowing that if you type the wrong password, or something like that, you could create a new wallet with new address.

She created this new wallet because there was a error in her hardware where the number 5 was not working. So she created this new wallet, but was not able to login, because she thought she have used 5 in her password.

Anyway, it was a stupid error. But the support was horrible and didn't help

I won't argue with anyone with these two hardware wallets. I have my ledger nano s and never had anything to say negative about it. When I came up with some issues to them, I just email them and they are very responsive.

Trezor and ledger Nona is already a well established hardware wallet and there still coming good feature wallet just like Hodler Pro (can be found here www.Hodler.tech/pro) which only introduced this year, they are still developing the wallet but it has really good potential. But ledger and trezor is no denying can be trusted.
