Which is the best I couldn't say, there are too many good projects out there. All I can say is there are currently 2 solid ICOs pooling in our group at the moment - do join in ICOs during with a private presale price for much higher gains.

There are many good ICO projects and many new technologies are being formed. In particular, DAICO is a new trend for the future. I think this will help investors avoid the project with fraudulent signs because if using DAICO technology is sure investors will be refunded if they notice signs of bad. I am sure that 2018 will be DAICO year

In my opinion, it is better to make your own research and trust your guts.
The most of the privacy coins are undervalued right now.
The best opportunity is to find a privacy-related project with a low total supply (less than 100M), that way the price will be increasing much faster.
I recently found one project called Ethereum Meta, it is related to anonymity and untraceable transaction. They have a very interesting project to build the Anonymous E-Market Place.

Most of the people failed to research about the ICO, but it is always good to learn about the project because if you follow other suggestion you need to depend on others. If a friend refers you to a bad project, then you will keep scolding him.

There are many ICO for 2018. But my suggestion for you is Do your own research, don't listen to other people because if you follow them then it will be fail investment. You will blame other person. My suggestion for you is research by yourself so you much understand the ICO you are getting in.
