Thats also true. Rumors are ruling the crypto but this perios will end some time soon and only legit partnerships and news will be worth of attention.

All the crypto market is all about rumors..even if there is no actual news, confirmation, colaboration etc but price already growing. Any rumors have to be taken into consideration

Yes, thats also true but still..believing in rumors is very wrong approach while investing in ICOs. Better firstly to investigate the WP, check the smart contract and real amount of investment and only then to decide whether invest or not

The best ico's for this year are robotina, bitwatt, sphere, and ofcourse depo network the following projects are very promising and have real targets and specific goals that will make you confident to invest your money to it.

The Abyss has really low price and photochain postponed their ICO. LOL. I don't know about others choices in your list but at the moment seem like none of them are successful. LOL. At the moment I think you should take a look at Yumerium and ARAW bounty campaign, beside I'm also very interested in EOT ICO project .

I was wondering about these projects: WePower, Menlo one, eloncity,, I heard that these are a few of the best ICOs this year.. they seem to fit the criteria of being legit since their teams attend conferences and interviews and have their real names on the line. We changed a few key elements, namely 3, to achieve performance architecture.Next, we chose the coding language as Golang. It provided all the right features and optimization opportunities.
