I think Spectiv and INS are very promising.
In my opinion, if you invest in them, then it will repeatedly exceed the investment.

Before invest on any ico, read everything about it. Check about the level of experience and skills of the project team, check the roadmap, goals. check the community support. If i was to invest in any, i would consider these 3.

Only invest what you are willing to lose. Calculate reward vs risk beforehand. Always. I invest only in one ICO every 2-3 months and try to get in early at presale (bonus works as a safety cushion/barrier for me)

What are you basing your investment "best" qualification on?

I think industries that are emerging and have a growing market + the ICO addresses challenges in this market are good ones to invest in as there is some type of future - I am personally investing in CannaSOS - a cannabis related CryptoCurrency that addresses the challenges that the cannabis community (users and providers) face both medicinally and recreationally.
