You may check tokenmarket for the top new ICO's that is worth investing. On the above lists I prefer Kickico they are successful project. Also airtoken is worth investing as this offer a good project that we could earn profit.

I would go with Red Pulse, because the others except Monetha will likely to be classified as security and won't be listed on the US exchanges. also, Red Pulse has a working product, strong team, a lot of growth potential, and low cap.

How to choose or listen to opinions, let the experienced people give you advice, I am also a novice, do not understand these

I've found an ICO, which is not started yet, but I like their idea. It is reOrder. (their website http://ico.reorder.world/ ) Have you heard about it? I am not an ICO profi, but I do like that they have invented a device with a touch to the real life , which is useful for those who want to spend  crypto money in 'real' life in cafes, hotels, etc around the globe.. and get discount for paying crypto, which I consider as "sweet from them" They 're going to launch an ICO for something that I will see  and touch, though as they said they haven't installed such tablet yet but they  are going to do in the near future  
Do I miss any hidden stones in this project? Expecially what do you think, is it possible and secure enough to use the feature, which they offer, to create a cryptowallet via their tablets in case a customer doesn't hold one, but want to create ? For me best ico to invest is kickico, atlant which gives you a nice profit when they hit a big exchange. They are spreading in a social media about their project. Also a promising project but ofcourse before investing do some research for you to be sure to put out your money.
