ETH and DASH are 2 potentials that have proven themselves. LTC is the problematic one, it should appreciate as much as DASH, but it needs a reason to do so.
meanwhile surprise to find btc back at its 1000  Shocked https://www.coingecko.com/en/price_charts/bitcoin/usd
Yep ETH keep rocking I just buy it for 0.035 and still waiting to pumped and plan to sell. ETH is a good altcoin to invest because there are possible chance that it will be higher than it's price now

That is normal with bitcoin that it go down a little to lower price and then come again to its high price that is why I do not worry whenever the price go down and do not sell immediately my bitcoins at lower price but I continue to hold according to my long term storing planning.

Just stay away from the Ponzi scheme and of gambling because it is so risky and do not invest your coins in there, chances are you will lose all your hard earned money you invest there. You can start trading if you have a good experience about it.
Great if you can increase your capital investment in mining

Its really not advisable to invest in hyip site we all know that they will only take your money and vanish like a bubble. for me investing in altcoins is a good way if you want to grow your btc, like other investment it has also risk but if you know what youre doing and careful in choosing what altcoin is worth buying then you can earn for sure.

I suppose into altcoins if you don't already think your Bitcoin is enough of an investment in itself. Coins like Litecoin, Dogecoin, Ethereum, and the like are examples.

First of all be careful about any altcoin that you encounter before you invest in it to trade. Many ICOs here and there have been pure scams and people have lost millions in them by buying it and then prices are so low that they cant even sell for any profit. I wont name any but there are several coins which also just became "dead" and hence not worth investing in them. The remaining few are worth investing in and can give you profits. But even then I still consider altcoin trading to be a very risky job and bitcoin is much safer than that.

What are the best investment opetions for bitcoins to be put into?
Please post here!
You can invest in genesis cloud mining. But its monthly income is less and it would take some months for you to even recover your investment.Better, hold your investment in bitcoin itself in a long term basis.
Some months? . I'd like to say it takes a year or forever with current difficulty, stay away with cloud mining with recently scam project incoming.
Like have been said, there are no best investment because every investment has their own risk.

On this day I dont think even genesis mining is good or worth investing in. They are using discounts and promos to get more users into their system but I highly doubt that this is going towards a  masked ponzi scheme unless they find a way to make proper earnings to get the cash flow done properly.

I agree that holding bitcoin is currently the way to go. Better if you buy some bitcoin at the current state since the prices have dropped and you as a trader should invest in some more coins at this stage. Then keep patience and hold them until you feel you reach a target to sell them.

Though it may take a long time before you are going to get good profit. For me, holding will still the best choice. Because it is very simple thing to do. You don't have to give a lot of effort for it, there are times that I'm tempted to sell because the price is getting lower and I might lose a lot of profit but still I stayed and believe that it will pump again.

Holding Bitcoin is the safest form of investing in terms of crypto related investments. Best thing is that it requires no effort at all, plus you hold everything yourself (assuming you locked away your coins in form of cold storage). Many people fail to realize that when the price goes down, they haven't lost anything. It's very easy -- you only gain or lose when you start selling your coins. As long as you don't sell anything, your investment remains the same. But that's of course not how people look at things.

If you are a very low patience type of person, holding is not the safest form of investing. Just like what is happening now, a lot of panic sellers are coming out again and if you did hold when the price is still at $1,200 and you didn't sold some of it then you are going to feel sorry just like me. Though I can still wait for the price to pump

Patience (or its lack) is ultimately irrelevant

What we call patience or impatience is just reactivity of the nervous system (how fast you choose between "fight or flight"). And it plays an important role in circumstances where you don't know what to do, i.e. encounter a situation which you didn't expect and consider as threatening (to your life or finances). That's where it matters, and too much patience may be as dangerous as too much impatience. But this becomes completely irrelevant when you know, feel and understand what's going on. The effect is similar to that of blind faith but unlike the latter the former follows reality, not detaches itself from it or even outright goes against it (as is often the case with such beliefs)

Yes often people thing that they will do this : buy when the price is low and sell when the price is high but i have seen lot of people what they do is when the price is high they think the price will go much higher and they buy in high value, they will hold for some days and after hit in the price they get worried what if the price goes much lower than this and start selling at low. The best thing one can do is sell when you will feel that you are already getting benefit than to wait and see the price falling again.

best in what way? if you're talking about risky but profitable then holding cryptocurrencies that have strong support. if you want something with minimal risk but far less return you're better off going with mutual funds.

There is actually nothing called "best" investment. Every investment carries its won risk and if you cant handle it you should steer clear of it. Trading bitcoin/fiat and altcoin are profitable according to me. Mining used to profitable at one time and not so at this point.

People in this forum also earn by using their skills and knowledge to work for others - freelancing. You can also try joining signature campaigns which are very popular, but make sure not to spam the forum but rather make proper constructive posts.

For the time being, there is more unity in the altcoins such as Ethreum or the Monero, that is the people people are buying them.

Don't plan for today, you have to plan for the long run. I dont want to comment about altcoins but i want to tell more about btc to you is it is very secured than other investment options, here you can earn by doing investments, trading, selling and mining. according to me more than any other way of investment btc is good.

I agree that altcoins are always in a state of fluctuation, which is good for the traders and risky as well. However they do tend to end up as dead coins soon after initial hype of investing goes away and then the developers abandon the project and people start calling it a scam coin.

Im saying in general this is the scenario for many years now and hence bitcoin is more secure and worthy as an investment if you are into that type of trading.

It is very safe to invest in bitocoin. we all know it is much secure as gold. best investment plan for the btc is simple: you have to buy low and sell high. By doing this you will earn much better than any other source. reason why i invest in btc is i see the future of btc is very good because it has become more popular with the new users and secure. no worries of loss atleast if we dont get profit from it.

yes bitcoin is more secure than other coins. we all know the price has gone now but it will not last for long time. again the btc price will rise in a month, i must say the best investment options are btc, gold or lands. because these 3 things i think the value much more better than any other stuffs. it is highly secure and profitable to invest in these things.
Investing in bitcoins is a great idea since it is tested and proven by a lot of people who invest earlier than us. Bitcoin is a true secured and profitable coin because of its anonymity and up and down scenario for the price. If you are looking for the best long term investment then there is no doubt that bitcoin is the best because if you base on the price chart it shows that long term is the best option for bitcoin to gain maximum profit chance.

I agree, the best thing about bitcoin is that offer you a lot of ways to make profit whether you like simple work like freelancing micro jobs or trading and investing and gambling there is always a way to make profit and it is always safe to use so investing your money into bitcoin is always profitable.

In recent times I made an investment with reputed gambling site which provided decent profits. After long gap, I made some returns like what I have done with cloud mining. Best investments are not always available, but when they are available we must make use of them.

Sometimes panic selling is even a good move. But not all of the time, obviously. Supposed that you were a really panicky type of person, when you saw the price of bitcoin went from $1200+ to $1000. You probably have sold your bitcoin already at that point unless you were offline for days. Today, the price almost touched $900 and if since your money is already in USD, buying back at that price will be a gain to you. A market that's going down will probably continue to go down instead of going to the opposite direction. Panic selling and panic buying can sometimes be useful.

I think it's quite obvious to anyone who's been around for a while that there are significant amounts of fiat buying crypto. I personally think it's obvious anyway. What do you think? Is there any data anywhere reflecting the "money flow" into crypto? Do Coinbase and its brethren publish information in this regard? Poloniex? Bittrex? The only thing I can say is that I don't think what we're seeing is just BTC profits "diversifying". And who's on the buy side of those BTC prices that are generating those profits to be diversified in the first place?
