Investments are not the perfect way to make money because they have risks involved in them, if you want to make money you have to work for it hard, and saying gambling is sort of investment is wrong because gambling is all about luck and has no experience or skill involved in it, investments have risks but they are not all about luck.

Yes they have risk but for me they are perfect way of making money especially if you have experience in any type of investment or business.

I've been into business for a couple of years ago and I would say I want to depend on my investments (real life) now.

But it will depend on how you are stable and you can monitor on it properly.

it depends on what you are investing your money in. if you are investing in something that is low risk but decent reward then it is the perfect way of making money. and that thing you invest in can be your own business that is already established and is giving you money. in other words invest in yourself instead of investing in others.

I respect your friend's opinion but I don't think any money spent in gambling is any kind of investment. In a gambling, no one can predict the outcomes simply because there are no tools or methods to do so (I have seen many sellers claiming some tools and scripts which lead '100% profit' but the only question is if it's 100% guaranty then why they are selling it?).

Problem with investments is that there aren't any decently rewarding investment options to choose from. That's why people are more interested in trying to make profits through trading. It's definitely a risky practice, but if you have enough skills that you have been building up throughout the years, then it's a whole lot easier.
