I think the best strategy is to buy with my 20% fund here and then wait for market behavior. If Market up then i will not be regret for not investing before bull. If market down, i will buy at low rate and wait for bull.

No best price to buy ETH but the best timing is when the market is red, which we have right now and it's the golden opportunity to buy ETH and other crypto assets. It's hard to predict the crypto prices that's why DCA strategy is there to help us and it is much more relax rather than trading which only gives more stress about it. We won't see $600 anytime soon. We're at $1288 at the time I wrote this message and rather than waiting until the X price. I would prefer to just use your preferred indicators and research about the news and update, after that you can continue it from there. Just imagine if you waited until $600, when the price wouldn't reach that point. You could miss out the opportunity to buy at $1000 and sell it at $1200 at anytime.
