I don't know for sure when the bear market will end, even if you see price movements in the last 1 year, the overall decline has occurred even though for a while there has been an increase in prices but it has not returned to the peak of coin prices.but for ethereum coins I think anytime is the right time to buy because this is a top coin that has very big prospects in the future, when the crypto market recovers there is no doubt that ethereum will also return to its peak price or even reach the latest ATH.

The cheapest price that I bought is around $ 1200, if I sell now then I profit more than 25%, but I am optimistic that the market will rise again and eth will return to $ 2000 next month, now a good time to buy, even though the current price is $ 1650, But I'm sure tomorrow or the day after tomorrow the price will rise to $ 1700 or more.
If you are interested in short term profits then selling your coins for 2k does not seem like a bad plan, since I think that is a price that could be reached soon, however if what you are interested is to obtain the most profits possible then I think it is a good idea that you hold your coins for the long term, since it is very possible that during the next bull run ETH will easily surpass its previous ATH and at that point selling for a 2k now may seem like a bad decision. 
Price below 1000$ is already a good buy because it’s already a psychological price which many traders will buy it. Ethereum is the second largest blockchain project next to Bitcoin while Bitcoin value is above 20k$ right now. I’m sure no one will dumping there ETH less than 1000$ since it’s all time high is very far from that level same with Bitcoin which will be hard to drop @ 10K$ level that many are still expecting just to by the dip.
