You did first call it. That had to take days, at least, to setup. Hero account plus multiple vouch accounts. Could have been disaster if he wasen't so dumb. MAJOR FAIL!

well i decided to check it out (i've been buying some xrp for a while and thats a gooood price

) but since i was suspicious i decided to start small with 500 xrp
well i sent the 500 xrp and he says he wnats the 5000
he's not responding to me since i said i start small
and he's not returning my xrp
so i call scammer
