I think Hotbit and Mercatox will be good choice if the project want to listed in exchange. I think Merkatox is a good platform but the volume so small.

Hotbit and Mercatox in my opinion are both not well known in this business industry. In fact, most of the coins they have in the platform where according to the majority community here are mostly shitcoins, sorry for the term. So for me it is still safe to trade with the trusted exchange or has a name in this industry of crypto trading and bitcoin.
But hotbit was really a nice exchange if you trade at there. I using hotbit and getting a good result from my trading, we all know almost all currency on hotbit its a shitcoin. but i dont care atleast hotbit a good exchange from my experience.

I've used many small exchanges and there are some that are clear scams such as Yobit.  Never used Yobit, they have been stealing customers money for years.  one of the best small exchanges I've used is coinexchange.io , I never had a problem with deposits and withdraws and they have enough liquidity to do some trading.

IMO Exchange - Customer First.
I have used over 50 exchanges but I have to admit that some of the new ones has left an impression over the years, one of such is Probit exchange and also Mercatox exchange.

For the small exchange, I usually use Mercatox, the trading view looks so friendly plus the lowest withdrawal fee, superb. For the biggest exchanges, of course, it goes to binance, has the bigger volume and it means more profit.

Precisely, I'm not a hater but when I see its poor liquidity it drives me away from using it. I seen many people insanely dump their token in LAtoken, without considering the ico price.
Thats one of the reason iam not using Latoken.

I wonder why the Author is even trying to trade on a small crypto currency exchanges when he should be looking for more reliable and well known exchanges if his project is to maximally succeed.

Sometimes, before I invest in any coin at all, first thing I look at is to check which exchange they are listed on and once I see that it is not a big exchanges, I look away and term the coin as another failed project still in existence. I invest my money more on coins on reliable and popular exchanges.
Want to trade a shitcoin, with a small capital/amount better to trade with shitcoin because if we trade on major coin the profit not really worth. I like trade with shitcoin maybe around 30-50$ or 50-100$, for the profit sometimes was really crazy 30-50% only 3-4 days or even more than that. Examples i trade at Coinexchange, Stex or Mercatox because a lot shitcoin/token listed at there.

Hi guys!
I'm going to make analytical research. I'm interested what small and not popular exchanges you really like? And why?
What exchange do you recommend to young ICO projects to list their coin?

Thanks in advance!

Nothing.

To all newbies, don't make it very easy for the scammers to part you away from your Bitcoins. Ok? Cool

If you are saying about only new exchange which is trying to be popular then I can say it could be P2PB2B. But if you tell me to chose small but popular then I like to trade Idex. I like to trade in Idex than trade.io or hitbtc even bitfnex.

I did not trade to the small exchanges site anymore because mostly I trade to exchanges site who are popular and most trusted exchanges site and even the new can trade their they token or coin and listed the token. Because mostly now we need to look to the exchanges site who are big and trusted because mostly small exchanges site are turn into scam but not all.

I think it's Latoken. I'm not sure if it's popular or not but it's pretty easy to use and very secured at the same time. I recommend it to young ICO projects since there are a lot of active and big traders there.
To be honest, Latoken was not really a good exchange from my opinion, well they rank on TOP 50. But because of a lot project listing at there, the volume trading was really small. Until now i still doesn't use Latoken.

Maybe it will be good if OP will try to at least explain what is really a " small exchanges " mean. Do it literally mean low liquidity or those new ones? Otherwise if we were talking about the popularity well I guess I can't give an answer since I really don't use those.

I really like Mercatox and Yobit.

Though Yobit isn't really "small".

Apart from that I like DDEX - one of the first decentralized exchanges I used.

Okay, apart from the solid ones I mentioned above, I actually think Yobit deserves some acknowledgement for what they did bring to the scene.

It's definitely punching well above its weight for a "small cex" and I did get some interesting trades there when I first started:
1. Bitcoin and Ethet markets, great. But doge and waves markets actually not half bad. Great for liquidating dust to doge and actually getting something out of it.
2. Earliest (to my knowledge) to get the fork futures out well before other exchanges. I got a 1:1 for most bitcoin forks and liquidated immediately.

Bad? Terrible customer support. Questionable investbox and instant ICO options.

I am not sure whether Kucoin is considered as a small exchange to you. I enjoy trading there. The volumes are not as huge as Binance, but everything else is working fine. I feel that Kucoin has the potential to be one of the top exchanges in the future.

Waves and Idex.
These are both good platform. They are just not supported too well.
People now prefer the centralized ones and it really is depressing.
I have been trading with Waves before and the features are great. You could use waves coins for cheaper transaction fees. Just like the BNB of binance.
Idex is next which you wont have a problem with fees. Unlike others which are like robbing you with high fees.
Example: Hitbtc
