Ohh man to many ICOs right now so I had become super skeptical about them when it comes to invest. i just read a fresh thread when an ICO has just hit 0 price so imagine being an investor of that coin. It will be a time when in order to launch an ICO you will have to start already with soft cap achieved. What do you think guys ? Is this a solution?
