Most reliable way is to rent an VPS node (for example from DO by $5/mo) and setup OpenVPN in several minutes.
You get gigabit channel and guaranteed no logs.

I can assist if you need.

The most reliable option is to host a VPN on your own VPS. Yet, if you can afford this, there are many shared VPNs out there.
Just make sure they accept Bitcoin payments (or other anonymous payments systems) and do not keep logs.

You can find lots of VPN reviews online, but remember most of them are affiliate, so be aware to trust them!

I love Liquidweb, the quality of servers is excellent and the support is like nothing I have ever experienced before - they always go above and beyond.

Recently started using Mullvad. Their client is not top notch, but the connection speeds are good and they have a good enough selection of IPs. Monthly subscription is cheap, arount 6$, but it gets better. When you get an account number from their site(takes less than a minute) you get 3 hours of use for free. So basically you don't really have to pay for it, just get new account numbers every time and you'll be set for good.

I was https://riseup.net/'s VPN service for year and half and it was good as public service. Now I'm using NordVPN service. Their VPN service is really good even though I use OpenVPN for root. They also accept bitcoin and horribly low demandings of data and fast as heaven. It is my preference to use it with root. Just don't use Tor over VPN services and you will be good.

I like VIP72, but they are very expensive. It all depends on what goals you are pursuing. There are many resources with a free VPN, but worst in quality. For many purposes it is quite suitable server from the blacklist.

me too bro

Correct me if I'm wrong but isn't VIP72 a SOCKS5 provider and not a VPN? Not that you couldn't use that to hide your IP. Anyway I have had good experience with NORD, though it is kinda on the expensive side for such a service.
