I recommend Private Internet Access. The speed is great, the customer service is excellent, and there are plenty of IPs to choose from. Most importantly, they don't keep logs.

iBVPN is a good one and I tried them for a while and it was decent, I am not sure about the no-logging but most VPN providers do that and can have it hidden somewhere in their privacy policy.

I suggest IronSocket, it is a Hong Kong-based company with servers worldwide.

I've been using PureVPN for a couple of years. They accept Bitcoin. You can also try it. PureVPN offers 67% off and Free SmartDNS   Shocked
